Uhm... technically, I'd think more than a few people are too busy working in a completely sedentary state. (I mean, that's pretty much my job.)

...six hours of sleep a day, maximum? I guess crack cocaine is part of your weight loss plan.

Good point on the jobs, desk jobs kind of break the rule there. Still, it's a lot easier to avoid eating while working.

Xkeeper covered this. Even if you get 8 hours of sleep, you still have two hours to yourself after working out.

Desk jobs and a few other jobs completely suck for work-based exercise. I am chained to this desk, day in day out, by a telephone...

Well, technically the telephone is cordless, but I still need to type in the stuff the client is saying...

Course, I walk home and stuff after work. And I walk at lunch time. I wouldn't walk late if work went late though -- because as a single female it's generally not a good idea to walk around in the dark. Sure, I should have the right to feel safe, but if anything happens, people would still go "oh, it's her fault for walking at 10pm alone"

So work, and night offer limitations for me, and I'm a single person who doesn't do a lot. I'm pretty sure other people are busier than I am, and yeah, kids completely screw up the equasion.

Obesity is no longer a problem in the world as physical fitness is no longer required to succeed unless you're an athlete.

Health concerns and prejudice are clear examples of why you are wrong and are exactly what this topic is all about.
