If they could simply apologize, or even cease and desist the spambot attacks, they might actually have a chance of being allowed to exist again.

That said, it's sad this sort of thing has to happen. If they were reasonable, maybe they could give us a logical critique for us to look at rather than gibberish. Ugh.

It seems like the so called protection is to automatically ban any spambot that sucessfully registers.

Seems to be working like a charm.
