Arminas: To some moody lookin', dark blue haired girl. She went on going how lame and spaced out I was, and couldn't believe I was in the tournament. 
Spekkio: She's got a point. Arminas: You're supposed to be on my side! 
Spekkio: Says who? Kunio: This girl's gotta be Clara Arminas: Clara? Kunio: Aye. She's one of my apprentices here. She's a contestant, just like the two of ya. I told her about the sale going on, too. Arminas: Hey, wait a min-- Kunio: Whattaya expect? Ya aren't the only trainee here. I gotta be fair. Arminas: Bleh.. whatever.. She was still mean in not selling me atleast one piece of Iron Ore. Kunio: Nah, what she did was correct. Ya two are rivals now. The battle's already begun in and out of the arena. Arminas looks down for a moment. Arminas: Just great.. I have to deal with more antagonizing.. Kunio: What's that? Arminas: Nothing. |

| Alizabe proceeded deeper into the labyrinth after her near death experience with a slime. At the instructions of Dracoon, she had grabbed some of the slime's juice and carried it in a pouch.
Alizabe: "So... now that we're further in, think we'll run into something stronger?" Dracoon: "Hmm? Yeah, probably. Hopefully we run into something that isn't a slime." Alizabe sighed, fighting slimes sure did suck. |

| And Alizabe's wish had come true. Just before the two stood a giant sword. The sword had dried stains of blood all over it, and hovered above the ground without an owner in sight. The hilt of the sword contained a green jewel that no longer shimmered.
The sword wasn't there for show as it thrusted forward, attempting to skewer Alizabe. --------------------------- Lily: Ew.. I thought this place was supposed to be dank, but I'm just being grossed out by all the slime. Lily and Pommy walked around on the first floor of the Labyrinth. The ground seemed to have been covered in green glops of jelly, causing Pommy to use his wings to keep off the ground. Lily: I know we have to get our hands dirty.. but atleast leave some for us.. ---------------------------- Kunio: Well, there's no use worryin' about it. Yer both just gonna hafta find yer own materials in the Labyrinth. Arminas: Eh? Wait, that place is dangerous without weapons..... Can we at least borrow.. Kunio: Shut yer trap! Arminas: 
Kunio: If you wanna be a Craftlord, never ever say yer gonna borrow a weapon that someone else made to go hunting for materials! Arminas: Er... Kunio: Besides, ya already got the mightiest Craftknight weapon of all Arminas: Huh? Kunio tosses Arminas a pair of slacks, a jean jacket, and something that nearly clocked Arminas on the head. Arminas: Clothes? Kunio: No, you idiot! Yer hammer! Arminas: What nonsense is this? It's just for crafting! Kunio: Listen carefully! The hammer can forge not only a weapon, but also... Kunio stood tall and puffed out his chest. There was a bit smile running across his face. Kunio: a man. Arminas: ... What? |

| Alizabe: "A ghost!!!"
Alizabe moved out of the way, out of sheer fear if nothing else. Alizabe ducked under a swing from the sword and then rolled out of the way as it slashed down at her. Dracoon laughed heartily like there was no real threat. Alizabe: "What are you doing!? I can't fight a ghost!!!" Dracoon laughed even harder as Alizabe dodged another attack. Alizabe glared at him just for a second and then moved away from the sword again. This continued until Alizabe was pushed back into a corner. Still laughing, Dracoon didn't move an inch. Alizabe: "Why are you laughing!!!" Dracoon: "You're pretty fast, and here I thought I'd have to teach you!" Alizabe didn't have time to respond as the sword swung at her and she attempted to parry the swords attack... and to her amazement, she did it! Following her momentum she rushed forward and punced the sword right in the gem. The green gem popped out and clattered to the ground and seconds later the sword fell over. Dracoon: "I suggest you pick thet gem up, and then let's go." Alizabe picked up the green gem and followed Dracoon as he moved through the labyrinth. Alizabe: "Have you been here before? You seem to know the way..." Dracoon: "Of course not, how would I know the way?" Alizabe: "Are you saying we're lost!?" Dracoon didn't say anything for a few seconds. Dracoon: "I like to call it exploring." |

| Kunio jumped when he remembered Mikami was there.
Kunio: Oh! Er.. It can also forge a woman. Spekkio: Too late, slick. She looks determined now. Maybe if you remembered she was here, you could've put a little more heart and corn into it. Arminas: Okay. Whatever. I'm just gonna see what I can do with this. Um... what's with the clothes? Kunio: I figger ya need a change of clothes. Y'know.. since those clothes are probably not gonna make it. Arminas: ... Arminas turns around and grumbles as he steps inside and heads to his workshop. Spekkio: You have a way with kids, huh? Kunio: I'm the head honcho here! I gotta tell everyone like it is! Spekkio: Meanwhile messing up motivational talk for not only one, but two apprentices. Classic. Kunio looks at Mikami for a moment. Kunio: ... I was still motivational, right? ------------------------- Deeper into the labyrinth, the second floor down, Alizabe and Dracoon was met with an interesting path, not including the pumpkin monsters. On the far side of the room was another flight of stairs, leading deeper into the labyrinth. However, there were pools of water with no bridges across them. Some small stairs were located here and there on the "islands", but the only purpose they served was to allow someone to get out of the water. Water Scooters were all the rage in Wystern. They were like Segways, self-balancing scooters, that rode on water with minimal energy consumption. They were highly portable as they can easily fold up and be put away into a pack. Why was this being mentioned? Lily: Whooooo hoooo! Lily ran from behind Alizabe and jumped into the air. The lilty pulled out a pink water scooter before falling into the water, and began to navigate between the little islands. Lily: Whoever said we can't use this indoors has never been here before! | Ahh... spectors this will be fun Vlad notices on the hilt of the sword there is a slightly glowing jem. So he throws his sickle at the jem and gets the blade stuck behind the jem, and gives the jem a solid yank. When he pulled his sickle out the jem pops and falls to his feet and the sword falls, then hie picks up the jem for future uses.
"Esu" asks Vlad "Yess" "Do you think you can melt down what ever this sword is made of?" "I cann tryy" Then Esu emits a emence heat (about 300,000 deg. celsius) from his body over the sword for about 3 min. then the sword melts into a more carryable form and Vlad picks up the unknown element. |

Alizabe looked on as Lily just got ahead of her. Dracoon: "Are you just going to stand there or are you going to jump in an swim?" Alizabe stared at Dracoon for a good few seconds. Almost as if the question should answer itself. Alizabe: "I'm not getting in the water dammit!" Alizabe rushes over and leaps from her side onto one of the platforms. Dracoon stares after in amazement as she keeps running and leaps from platform to platform and gets to the other side at a very fast speed. Dracoon rushes after her, flying smoothly with a smirk on his face... as much as dracoons can smirk that is. |

Arminas slowly steps out of the Silver Guild, now wearing the jacket and pants. He tugs at his new pants for a bit before speaking. Arminas: Kinda weird wearing pants... I don't feel as chilly before. Spekkio: Pants can also forge a man. Arminas: Huh? Spekkio: Nothing. Let's get going already. I wanna bust some heads! Arminas: .. You're kinda violent, aren't you? Arminas shrugged. He then started walking, heading towards the Central Tower. ----------------------- Lily reached the other side of the room, and casually stepped off her water scooter and onto a platform. She picked up the sctooer off the water and folded it up. Lily: Ah, that was fun, Pommy.  Now.. Oh!
Lily's eyes locked onto the crates and barrels. Lily: Yes! First come, first serve! Lily rushes over to the wooden containers and bashes through them with her gauntlets. Splinters fly everywhere as Lily twirls around like a ballerina. Lily: Whee! Pommy: Kupo... Lily: Eh? Pommy holds up the contents from the containers. Just one matchbox. Lily: Just one? Lame. Oh well, I can use it for a material.. let's get going. |

| Max was far too used to being covered in dust.
Today, mud would have to do. Though more dust would be ready in a moment's notice. Max : Hey. HEY! Where are you? Did you find anything y- He quickly shielded himself, blocking a cloud of debris as the wall immediately next to him exploded violently. As the rubble crumbled to a stop, he fanned the dust out of the air with his leather cap. Through the massive breach in the wall a suit of bulky armor marched, carrying a heap of stones. It looked far too heavy for actual human use, standing nearly 9 feet tall. Two white lights shined through its visor where its eyes would have been. ??? : I think I have it! Is this what you're looking for? The armor spoke with a child's voice, though it sounded eerily hollow, as if it were purposely echoed. Max : Lemme see... *starts tossing rocks to each side* ...nope, nope, nada, no chance, impossible, fail, no way... ah, here we go... this one looks like it's got some traces of copper in it... I can use this. ??? : But I thought you said that you already had a powerful weapon, why would you be using copper? Max : First of all... if I had to use copper, I'd get some tin and make bronze out of it. Secondly, I could have just waited for the shop to get another load of iron. And on top of that, I'm not actually making another weapon. Max knelt down, covering his brown overalls in another layer of dirt. He laid his cap down on the ground, and dropped the chunk of copper ore into it. Drawing a massive blue wrench from his belt that curved inwards on itself and was covered with spikes, he quickly bashed the rock apart into smaller pieces. Putting down the tool, he clapped his hands together and planted his palms against the ground on both sides. A flash of light consumed the stones, and when the effect subsided, a handful of copper bullets appeared. ??? : W-wow! That looks really convenient... Max : More than you'd ever know... Max drew a gun from his belt, looking like a cross between a revolver and a tricorder, and quickly slipped the shells into its barrel. He cocked the gun back and the compartment locked into place. Max : We should get moving. We need to head in deeper so we can actually find something usable... |

((Yay, another person!  And double yay, a mech And triple yay, something that looks like a different weapon ))
Far ahead of Max was a man garbed in orange and blue clothes. It seemed to be an officer of some sort, and he was looking extra bored. The man leaned against a wall in a narrow path that led deeper. Meanwhile, Lily cheerfully hopped down the flight of stairs, leading her deeper into the Labyrinth. The Lilty seemed to be having the time of her life, as did the Moogle hovering behind her. Lily: Gee, Pommy. You'd think all the grownups wouldn't be exagerating at, like, how dangerous this place is. And we are.. three floors down and still not having any trouble. Pommy: Kupo! Lily looked around at the new surroundings. The monsters seemed somewhat scarce again, consisting of more slimes and pumpkins. However, there were a few more creatures. A floating mechanoid with the head of a dragon, armed with a never ending supply of ammunition. There was also a few shaggy wolves with gray fur. Lily: Pommy, I tell you what. If you add in the rumors of the crates and barrels that somehow come back after a while of being smashed, you won't find a place more absurd than this Labyrinth. Oh well, who cares, right? More stuff for us to find! ----------------------- Arminas and Spekkio were approaching the Central Tower.. Spekkio: Are you serious about going in there with just the hammer? Arminas: Of course I am. It can be used as a weapon, right? I'm going to get some respect around here, and this has gotta be one of the best ways to do it! Spekkio: Hey, your funeral, right? I'll be out of character for a bit and be nice enough to drag your dead carcass out to give you a proper burial. Arminas: .. What kind of guardian beast are you?  |

"Take that!" With a resounding CLANG!, the possessed sword much like the one Alizabe had fought clattered to the ground. Picking up the red gem that fell from it instad of the green one for Alizabe, the figure stood up. He was a taller boy, with a flowery, green-tinted polyester shirt and black pants. The boy looked to be around 17 (but really wasn't), and thsoe who met him had gotten a very likeable feeling about him before they'd even gotten to know him. Sheathing a cracked, crude sword, the boy continued onwards. ????: "Heh, great. Almost what I need to make a new sword.^^ Now I shouldn't need to use this piece of crap anymore." Stuffing the gem in his pocket, the boy headed onwards, aiming to eventually find his way out of the maze and to the nearest blacksmith's shop. |

| Alizabe rushed past Lily, practically knocking her over, and leaped towards one of the pumpkins, smashing it with a quick punch. Dracoon flew after her, trying to get her to calm down as she kicked the remainder of the pumpkin against the wall.
Dracoon: "Are you that upset that someone got ahead of you!?" Alizabe: "Yes!!!" Alizabe turned to Dracoon and looked like she was about to rip him limb from limb. Dracoon took a flap back and looked at her. Dracoon: "You're kidding." Alizabe stopped for a second and ran that through her mind. In the second she let down her posture, Dracoon seemed to grow as he got right in her face. Dracoon: "You're probably just trying to impress someone aren't you!?" Alizabe took a step back and Dracoon started laughing, he had apparently succeeded in calming her down. |

| From up ahead in the tunnel the boy heard someone screaming, yelling something that although undecipherable, definitely had only one syllable...
Back at the downed sword was a little pinkish creature, furred and somewhat like a cat. The little creature was too busy to notice that the boy had already begun leaving. Startled by the yell (for the creature, it was also indecipherable), the creature looked up and around. "Hey, wait up!" Exclaimed the little creature, in a voice not unlike that of Shippo's from InuYasha. Tearing off after the boy, the pink creature grabbed onto his pant leg and climbed up onto his shoulder. "Hey, why'd you leave me behind again?!" The creature stammered. "Well, you're the one who got mesmerized by that sword. Anyways, be quiet- there's someone up ahead, and you know that I'm nto the only one who can hear you." The creature winced, remembering the little incident that had taken place the previous day. |

Lily: What's the big idea!? Fortunately for Lily, she was rather short, so her fall was just a mere annoyance. Pommy helped Lily get back up. Lily: I understand we're supposed to be rivals, but honestly. Knocking me out of the way for just a pumpkin spirit? They barely give out any boams, and.. Lily pulled out a little notebook. She flipped through the pages, filled with notes and drawings until she came to a page with the pumpkin on it. Lily: Drop something similar to a matchbox, if they even have items on them. What you SHOULD be knocking me out of the way is something that drops Mystic Ore.. Like a Cursed Sword, or a Cursed Axe! Lily seems to be in her own world now. Lily: Oh, Mystic Ore! If only I had some, I'd be able to make myself some elemental weapons! ------------------------ Labyrinth Guard: Halt! Arminas: What's the problem? Arminas holds up his labyrinth key. However, the guard doesn't seem to change his exp Labyrinth Guard: Where is your weapon? Arminas: Weapon? Oh, it's right here. Arminas holds out his smithy hammer. The guard raises an eyebrow. Labyrinth Guard: Sir, that's one of those mallets for smithing. You know... forging weapons and such. Arminas: A hammer doesn't forge just weapons. Labyrinth Guard: ....? Arminas: It can also forge.... a man! The guard simply looks at Arminas. Arminas's eyes slightly shifts towards Spekkio. Arminas: .... Did it work? Spekkio: I don't know. Alizabe was looking down on Lily now, towering above her, which is pretty crazy considering that Alizabe is short herself. Dracoon: "I haven't." Alizabe: "I'm not talking to you!" Dracoon: "I'm not talking to you either, I'm just stating things allowed to no one in particular." Alizabe stared at Dracoon. Alizabe: "I'm the only one that can hear you..." Dracoon: "Get moving or she's going to get ahead again!" Alizabe snapped to attention and rushed down to the next floor, determined to get all the good stuff first. |

As the boy and the creature navigated through the labyrinth, they came to a staircase going up. "Good, back where we started on this floor." Said the boy, looking at a set of notches in the wall near the staircase - and no, he didn't make them. The boy then was about to take the opposite path in the 3-way interesction when he heard something, almost as if someone was barreling down the stairs at an awesome rate. "Uh oh..." Said the pink creature, "They're going to be pancakes at the bottom... Aw, come on! Can't we stay and watch the show?" Asked the creature. Alizabe turned to look at Dracoon and realized that it was probably a mistake. Probably most likely meant definately to her as she practically rolled down the remainder of the stairs. Instead of suddenly stopped when she hit the bottom, she somehow kept rolling, right into a wall. Her body colided with the wall with a dull thud and she didn't seem to move, her eyes circling in her skull. Alizabe: "  mommy..."
Dracoon floated down after her and right out laughed. Dracoon: "Well, you aren't dead, so I guess that means we can keep going." Alizabe sunk down from the wall, her head sliding from the wall to the ground easily, the rest of her body following. |

"Oh be quiet, it was obvious." Just able to get out of the way before Alizabe crashed down into the wall, the boy walked over and knelt down beside her. "Hey, you okay? You had quite the little crash." He said, smiling sweetly, while the little creature on his shoulder looked at her. "Heeeyyyy... You're like me! COOL!" |
