Ok my friends dad is looking at this memory card here. Now it says 133x speed, is it refering to how fast it saves or sends or what? Because other ones listed on this site dont say anything about it.
My friends dad is using this for his GPS system he has just to save roads he has been on. (Hunting) Any help would be appreciated, I dont know much about memory cards. :X |

it refers to the fact that the speed (probably read; write will be slower) is 133 times faster than standard SD. Though not ever SD port will be able to transfer at the speed, but the card will still be fine going at lower rates. | |||

SD cards are SD cards as far as I'm concerned. I have a 1GB card, for my PDA, and it still isn't full, but reads and writes as fast as I need. I think it only matters on a USB card reader, not PDAs though. (edited by SuperLuigi64 on 09-04-06 10:32 PM) |
