Accused? How about if the accuser was out of their fucking gourds (like the ex-girlfriend of Dernell Stenson, who was considered a person of interest in his death) and there was no basis for their accusations? I mean, if you are a sex criminal (like McLusky sang their old singer was), then it's probably for the best that you do tell people, but it'd be even better if you'd come forward to the po-pos. But if you've just been accused, that's just another layer of explaining that doesn't need to happen.

As long as you have to search to find out whether someone was ever accused of something, you'll typically find at least a few details of the actual trial. The problem is when people are just thrown on a list, details are lost or skimmed over. "Accused with no evidence and acquitted of all involvement" beomes just "accused", for instance. I think that's probably part of what he was getting at.

(Aren't most trial results public, anyway? I know there are exceptions for minors, but I think most others can be found out if you want to take the time to look.)

What needs to happen here, is people in Ohio should accuse the law-makers who voted for this bill with wild rape accusations, so that they have to be on the list.

Haha, that's a great idea Jomb. Anyone here live in Ohio and feel like accusing some politicians?
