| While I may have some Christian beliefs (I WAS raised as a church goer,) I can't justify calling most of the things presented in the bible anything other than mythology. If you looked at it objectively, neither could you. There's nothing to back ANYTHING in the old testament up, and while several things in the new testament are recorded in other histories, the details are still just stories.
No one has a problem labeling other old religious histories as mythology. Why should The current mainstream ones be any different? |

| They're different because people fear what will hgappen when they die and they need some kind of crutch to hold onto. It's sad because the human race is only going to tread water until the majority of humans give up on the whole religion thing.
I like Wikipedia for wasting time. My favorite activity on there is looking for mistakes or half-truths. |
