I would never call computing "intuitive". I think a lot of the concepts are very abstract. But I am at an advantage having grown up with computers, I guess.

My Mum is good with computers, but slipping behind current technology. She's no longer passionate about the field of IT, so she's not keeping up with changes, new things, and such...

Generally though she doesn't ask "silly" questions

Yeah, it's bizarre. Like computers just suck the brains out of people. My mom uses them all the time at work, and is generally pretty smart, but it took her 10 minutes to understand how to resize a window so she could see two things on the screen at once.

My job is only part time and not permanent, as I'm only 17... so there aren't any severe "consequences" with it. Aside from taking up all my nights (including weekends), the only real challenge is juggling it with school and homework and whatever else I may have to do throughout the year.
