Yeah... I didn't eat the soup I ate a breakfast protein shakey whatsit thingo. It was craptacular. But meh, that's what you get when you give yourself 3 minutes for breakfast in the morning

Those would probably be even more unhealthy. All that sugar! At least my dodgy breakfast smoothie thing has been designed to be a "breakfast" thing, with a good balance of protein and fibre and stuff.

If I start out the day with something sugary it causes problems.

No, they're still pretty sugary. Which is the thing I'm worried about -- the sugar.

As it gets warmer I'll be able to get up earlier and then I'll go into the Central Markets and buy myself fresh fruit and yoghurt for breakfasts; but for now I'm happy to stick with what I'm doing. It is better than me skipping breakfast entirely which is the alternative right now with my budget also being the way it is.

Even if I did want the muffin, I can't afford it right now

I'm feeling a bit better, but I've pretty much lost my voice. I have to yell in order to make any sound at all, it's really frustrating. At work the customers were getting pissy with me because they couldn't hear me BUT I CANT HELP IT

Oh well. At least I'm not sneezing every two seconds like I was a few days ago.

Trust me, for my usual level of activity, 26 in one day is just... unheard of. I've had points where I've topped the ACS for over five days straight, even. How the hell I do it, I don't know.
