I'd check this out myself, but I don't have SMAS+W. Anyway I heard a while ago that the SMW in SMAS+W is just a standard SMW ROM, with 0x30 added to the ROM banks of all the pointers, JSLs etc since it's in a different place in the ROM. Is this true? If so, Comparing it with a lone SMW ROM would yield a list of locations of ROM banks that would need to be changed to make a complete FastROM patch (as well as any other changes such as the separate player graphics).

Mario and Luigi are separate sprites, and some minor bugs have been fixed.
