| Xen just let his shield absorb the blasts, before changing colors once more, back to the green and dark green scheme, even if that meant his shield dropped. Harpuia slashed the attacks aimed at him, and just hovered underneath Xen, when he landed on him. "Sorry. Thanks for the help," the Blue Bomber apologized, before jumping back up, firing the electric storm at Shadow once more.
Phantom just made his facial muscles twitch, in some sort of smirk, before jumping to another building, this one with a larger roof. Leviathan blushed lightly, when Harpuia.EXE complimented her, although it disappeared shortly after. "Well, she isn't here at the moment... meanwhile, I suppose I could deal with you instead?" she asked, entering a battle stance. Fefnir just snorted and looked to the side. "Oh hell... I'm gonna be busy already. Later!" he told them, as he rushed towards another building, his cannon charging as well. A peculiar light flash seemed to come from that street, before they heard the sound of a horse neighing... but what could it be? |

| Fefnir met his Z counterpart, with a double Flame Storm attack; two fiery tornados shot forward akin to ForteZero's Storm Tornado Special Weapon.
Phantom.EXE merely glanced at his counterpart as he leapt to a bigger roof, shortly before following, leaving the EXE and Zero Guardian behind. "I still hated the fact of my sister and ForteZero dating in the past, hiding their secret relationship in the dark. Hell I still hate that bastard even today..." His snarl couldn't be hidden, cause it clearly showed he still had a deep hatred for the White Shadow. He still remembers that one time.... catching his sister and ForteZero behind one of the alleys in Internet City, in a deep make-out session that transformed into something more... err, adult-like. 
"But, as it may be, she's not here, but her counterpart is..." He spun his cylinders in his hands, and activating the short pink energy blades, "I am sure you would of loved to see her pet dragon Tiamet... heh." And being a gentlemen, ladies first in attacking. Shadow was laughing in his evil sort of way. A ball of energy collected around the rim of the barrel before he lowered it and targetted Z. Harpuia. "Shadow Ball!" He fired a black ball of black energy that left smoky bullet-time trails, while spinning around rapidly, and conjuring up a fiery whirlwind around him, opposite wind direction, just as Xen's Volt Tornado attack connected. Once Phantom had landed on the roof Z. Phantom jumped to, he merely held his weapon up to him from the otherside of the roof, then made a downward slicing motion, before kneeling into an attack position. What it said was, "you and me, duel of swords." |

| Fefnir hopped to the side, grinning. "Flaming Wave!" His cannon was aimed downwards, and emitted a series of heat waves that transferred to the ground, before it began to melt, turning into some sort of lava, and heading straight at his foe.
"I see... that is your opinion of them, then?" she asked, glaring, even as she created an ice sphere. "No wonder why you are working with him, then..." she added, before throwing it at him. Harpuia barely avoided the blast, managing to grab the falling Xen with his feet. "Ungh... Maybe we should try to force him down?" he suggested, and Xen nodded, before hopping off again. "Let's see what you think of this..." he muttered, beginning to charge plasma once more, as he tried to airdash towards Shadow. Phantom just raised his own blade and twirled it a bit, before turning partially away, his sword more to the back. Wings began to beat nearby, as something seemed to be running... |

| "Wanna play with lava, eh?" Fefnir.EXE smirked, "LavaCannon3!" The end of the Torch Claw changed shape before it was the mouth of a volcano. Taking aim, he fired a powerful stream of lava towards Z. Fefnir with such excrutiating force.
Harpuia.EXE merely sliced his weapons, shattering the ice attack. "If you say so... I despise that InuYasha voiced Navi. Noise Storm!" He put away his left saber after deactivating it, as his left lower arm transformed into a cone shaped, fan like weapon, before firing a pinkish purple whirlwind. This type of wind can inflict good damage. "Fire, Aqua, Electric, Bamboo Sword!" After the whirlwind attack, the fan vanished, and the pink saber held in the right hand grew a foot longer, and also radiated with red, yellow, green, and ice blue colors, "Program Advance: Element Sword!" He then raced towards her, and slashed four times, each slash dealing elemental damage of first Fire, then Aqua, then Electric, then Wood. The two shinobi we're three feet across on their battlefield... standing still, not even flinching. The silent, no-fooling around Phantom, giving Z. Phantom the same un-nerving glare as when he arrived. The winds blew slightly, their scarfs flapping in the wind. "Let's play chicken then!" Shadow sped straight towards Xen, who was coming towards him in his airdash move, his blade extended forward in front of him. We shall see who chicken's out first. Meanwhile, several of the aerial units detected the copy Harpuia (to the one-eyed cycloptic Navis, that's what they think) as they surrounded him. "Triple Spreader Battlechips." One of them shouted in a somewhat droning monotone voice. The three Battlechip data fused together into a Program Advance, "Megadeus Burst." All twelve Pantheon Aces held their buster rifles as the barrels grew larger, and transformed into a M. Burst cannon, at which they immediatly one by one, fired a huge burst of energy towards Z. Harpuia. At the ground, most of the other Pantheons are trying hard to destroy the intruders, but the Navis are one by one getting deleted. A few of the stronger heavy-duty types survive an attack or two, but soon also visit deletion. * * * "I must say, they're putting up quiet a good fight." Sonance frowned. "And what are you three doing up." "Our regeneration was completed, so we just stepped out of our caspules." "Hmm.... alright then. Ferham, Scarface, Epsilon. You should know who I am already." "Yes we know, Scarface said, "You are one of the Dark Nation's SuperNavis, the same Navi who nearly eliminated the Tails Clan before they worked for us in the past." "Then you should understand why I brought you back from deletion then. If not, then I guess I can explain what I have in store for the human race..." She smiled evilly. |

| Both attacks struck their targets, although Fefnir jumped away shortly after being hit, not having as much of a delay as his foe. "Why don't you eat some more?" he taunted, firing weaker but faster blasts.
Leviathan avoided the wind attack, although she didn't manage to block against the four slashes, being caught surprised. However, it was clear she felt more pain with the first slash, while the others either didn't hurt her or healed her. Phantom glared back, knowing he was most likely going to attack first... it wasn't that he was too anxious, he just knew that, if he was any close to himself as he was, he would wait for the opponent to move. Xen smirked, waiting until they were almost impacting... then fired his charged blast. A hurricane of electricity surrounded him, as he was pulled towards Shadow, protected from the damage he'd have taken. Harpuia seemed to have panicked, for a moment, as he was surrounded... but instead, he airdashed towards the closest Pantheon, on the opposite side of the one who would fire first, and began flying in front of them, making the hits of half of them hit the others, while he prepared to slice his opponents. In a second, they saw some sort of blur rush over the sun, clouding them all... then, another Reploid landed on the highest building around the block, hands below the shoulders, smirking indecently. "Why, hello there..." he said, even as he looked at the people below. "I'd normally interrupt and go for the strongest, but unfortunately, I'm just a watcher for now... even if my companions on the ground ravaging those fakes aren't." |

| "Damn it... this game bites!" For the fifth time, RockMan got deleted by Zero. He was playing "RockMan EXE Transmission" on the Gamecube, and swore as he had to restart "Zero Account: Zero Stage" once again.
* * * Phantom’s face was still devoid of any emotion, just waiting for the first flinch from his opponent, already having several Kunai concealed and waiting. "Bite me! CurseShield1!" A Dominerd1 virus materialised in front of Fefnir.EXE, and absorbed the blows before immediatly flying forward and prepared to bite down on him (hit or miss) before vanishing. Right after, he activated a Fire Rat Battlechip and held a large red colored rat in his hand. He lit up the tail and dropped it to the ground as it immediatly zoomed across the roof. All flame attacks used on it proves inaffective once lit. The Pantheon Aces all fired, but it seems their enemy was alot faster, as a few we're deleted instantly, the others deleted by their other's M. Burst attacks. Shadow took the damage like a man, and was blasted away, but not without leaving a prize, a detpack which explodes seconds after he crashed into a nearby building. And Harpuia.EXE, he smirked as he put away his lightsabers. "I won’t give up," Harpuia muttered, "Program Advance! Triple Hi-Cannon Battlechips!" Harpuia’s hands morphed into Hi-Cannons and he brought them up over his head where they fused together into a Giga Cannon. With his new weapon now completely formed, he brought it forward and aimed at his opponent. "Giga Cannon 2!" Then he unleashed a devasating explosion of energy barreling towards Z. Leviathan. |

| Phantom stared at him a few seconds more, waiting... and suddenly, he disappeared, having teleported right above his double, ready to strike him down.
Fefnir shot at the virus a few more times, sidestepping it in the end. "Grr... you want some more, then?" he asked, summoning his second cannon, and beginning to charge it as well. It seemed he had a new plan... Harpuia smiled, as he saw the fates of his opponents, before returning to underneath Xen and waiting for him to land. Xen barely had time to spin away from the detpack before he fell on the waiting Harpuia's arms, wincing. "Thanks again... although I think I can handle this now, if I stay on the ground," he instructed, and Harpuia nodded. However, as they made their way towards a building close to where Shadow was, the newcomer - Zekt - had jumped at them, and was hovering right in front of them. "Hey. Say, Lan thought you might need some back up, considering it's apparently the forces of darkness, so..." he told Xen, before showing him a small Weapons Chip. "Aura Buster. Won't allow you to charge your weapons, but you'll probably hurt him more... at least, with your regular shot." Xen nodded, before receiving the chip, data flowing into his mind as he recovered his normal coloring. "Okay. Thanks, Zekt." And, with that, the two were heading to the building once more, Harpuia dropping him and heading back to where Fefnir was. Leviathan snarled, but jumped up in time, right as the shot was fired... and managed to flip over it. "Nice try... my turn now! ICE DRAGON TOWER!" She rammed her spear onto the ground, as ice began to flow through it, towards Harpuia.EXE... but if he had touched it, at first, it wouldn't have harmed him. Then, when she pulled it off, a large dragon-shaped column of ice flew upwards, ramming into him. Zekt landed on another building, watching the match. "Hm... decisions, decisions, decisions... I wonder if his boss is gonna appear too?" he asked out loud, curious. |

OOC: Todays Friday, so been watching WWE Smackdown. 
After waking up early enough, they left HQ, got the earlybird exams out of the way, and the two humans and Navi-Reploids were seated together in a booth at the campus MetDonald’s having some food to eat. David’s consisted of a Big Met combo with cherry coke, Alia had a fish fillet with iced tea, ForteZero had the chicken MetNuggets and orange soda, and Marino enjoyed her cheeseburger salad with cherry pepsi and a chocolate chip cookie dough MetFlurry. "You know Alia, someday our lives will be just like this one day," David said to his wife, "Us taking our kids out to eat." "Are you rambling on about the future again, David?" ForteZero asked, "You’ve still got a lot of time ahead of you." "Oh come on, ForteZero. Don't you ever wonder what the future may hold for you and Leviathan if she was still alive?" "Yeah... but I don’t ramble." "I wasn’t rambling." "Yes, you were." "No, I wasn’t." "Yes, you were." "No, I wasn’t." "Yes, you were." "No, I wasn’t." "Yes, you were." "No, I wasn’t. Marino, was I rambling?” "Don’t get me involved in your arguments," Marino answered before returning her attention to her food. * * * "Impressive," Harpuia.EXE muttered as the surprise attack struck him, "Hi-Guard! Z-Saber! Zero Battlechips!" Meanwhile, as soon as Z. Phantom warped before him, he spun around using the MoonBlade3 power (reason for the hidden Kunais), and while spinning released a deadly arc of energy close to resembling a sword cutting through butter. It's more of a defensive attack to back off your enemy. Then right after, Phantom.EXE brought his katana upwards in a vertical uppercut before unleashing a severe storm of fast slashes. All the while, his face not determining any sort of emotion, just deathly silence. "Triple Ratton3! Z-Rat3!" His Torch Claw morphed and resembled some sort of launcher, as he opened fired, a wave of epxlosive mice bombs rushing towards Z. Fefnir. Shadow flew out from the hole in the building... holding a brown haired male human captive in his free arm, and holding the sword pinned to the human's neck. "Hehehe... attack or save? Choices, choices..." Then with a grim decision, he lets go of the human, as he begins his seven foot story drop to the floor. Shadow also fired a black beam of energy barreling towards the human, a double-threat! Meanwhile, back with Harpuia, he had activated one of the powerful Program Advances in rank with teh Dark Messiah, all four of the Gospel Battlechips, and the Maverick Hunter Assault. A glow of some sorts appeared beside the green EXE General, and the light faded, revealing a doppleganger of Zero.EXE. But this Zero was of his old self from the past. 
"Zero Counter!" Both of them begun unleashing a severe storm of powerful strikes. While Harpuia was pouring Sonic Boom after Sonic Boom, the Zero Virus like Navi was lashing out his blue long metal energy blade, ghostly waves of himself tinged blue flowing towards her. | Phantom was struck by the first attack, but managed to avoid the majority of the damage... although it was bad. The rest of the attacks were parried, and he managed to fit in a sweeping kick onto his legs, before attempting to grab his double.
Fefnir jumped upwards, at him. "BERSERK FLAME!" he screamed, as he began firing repeated shots at his double, somehow using the fire to keep himself up, some of the shots hitting the rats. Xen grumbled, when he saw what Shadow was doing... and just said one word. "Zekt." As soon as the human had been released, he fired a plasma blast at Shadow, even as Zekt had ejected his main armor and dashed at full speed towards the human, grabbing him and keeping him out of the way without harming him. "Remind me to kill you later," Zekt added, as he dropped the human uncerimoniously back onto the ground, and began to return to the building. Harpuia was about to help Fefnir, when he saw the Zero Virus being recreated... and rushed at him, intercepting the Navi, and trying to push it onto the path of the Sonic Booms Leviathan was avoiding. "I'll take care of him, you deal with my copy," he told her simply, hovering over the ground. |

| The Zero Virus doppleganger vanished after the assault ended, but Harpuia.EXE, still held onto the Z-Saber, the swallow-tailed shaped green blade.
"Impressive eh? What you saw was my Zero in his past prime. The Zero today, is a little smaller and looks like one of you guys, only without all the fancy equipments and stuff. LifeAura!" A purple glow surrounded the green General. As soon as Phantom attemped his move which had succeeded for a grapple, he countered and flipped him over, and using him as a spring board, flipped away, spun aroudn and launched a triple assault of Kunais, then and floated in the air on his shuriken, and also performed an extremely long and complicated sequence of hand signs in fast speeds. Fefnir.EXE smirked as the attacks passed by harmlessly through him. Z-Rat3's secondary effects of that he becomes transparents to any attacks during teh execution, which ended.... now. The launcher vanished, and his body became solid once again as he clenched his right hand and transformed it into another Fire Blade, using it to deflect away any more attacks back towards Z. Fefnir. As the human was rescued then set on the ground, he was blinking what happened as Zekt flew off again... until the cables revealed themselves on his arm, and shot them forward, the cables stiffing into blades. It was on a direct path to peirce right through both Zekt and Xen. They would have only seconds to react. "Hmm, should be more curtious of who you rescue. But of course there is that one saying humans have put it; Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer." Peircing hit through their chests, or miss, the human glowed brightly in black energy, before growing seven feet tall. His entire body was covered in black with silver running along his shoulders, the tops of his boots, down the sides of his body reaching down to his legs, and along his feet and gauntlets. His hands were composed of five long claws segmented into fingers, the tips crimson red. On the backs of each hand were sets of three cables infused into his being. His features were covered by a fearsome black mask with only a pair of narrow visored slits on each side for his eyes. On his belt he bore a red serpentine V, along with Sonance's emblem mark. The shoulder pads which looked like Punk's Screw Crusher was placed over his shoulders, three large spikes jutting out from the band of gold metal lining the outer edges, the main part black with crimson stripes in a star formation. Also his long jet black hair comes out from a hole in the back of the mask helmet which reaches down past his legs. "Scarface! Stop standing there impressed and help me!" Shadow cried out, as the burn marks from blocking the attack using his wings burned a bit. "Hmph... fine then." The ex-Rebellion supervirus glowed in a bright light, before he transformed into a tall Navi wearing a long magenta dress coat. Long blond hair now covered part of his face and his head was topped with a beret matching the coat. He was also dressed in a blue waistcoat, purple pants, magenta shoes, and white gloves with a belt strapped on. In his left hand, he carried a fine-crafted sword sheathed within its scabbard. He pulled the rapier out, and swiped it through the air in a fencer's pose. "Elpizo's speed would more than a challenge for you, Zekt." Back with Phantom.EXE, by the time he had finished the final hand sign, a large black portal erupted and formed behind the silent ninja. It was filled with an overwheling darkness, one that everyone (except the two EXE Guardians, Shadow, or Scarface) can feel. An angry and power-hungry roar filled the air, as Nebula Grey rose out from it. The giant monstrosity roared before transforming into Forte, who built up a giant ball of energy in his hand in just seconds, and launched it down on Z. Phantom before the doppleganger and the giant black mass portal immediatly vanished. That was the power of the Lord of Chaos Battlechip, which has the same strength as that of the Gospel chips. If somehow Z. Phantom we're to somehow survived, he calimly waited up in the air floating on his shuriken, his un-nerving glare cast down, and the light reflecting off his katana. All he prepared himself was to launch more kunais if Z. Phantom revealed himself, then go for some more powerful sword attacks. * * * Double growled, as his opponent refused to stay down. His blades we're still deployed as he jumped high to avoid gettign slashed at his legs. "Kachuu Tenshin Amaguriken!" He rushed his opponent, and began landing super-fast punches all over Vincent's body, using the speed to let the blades peirce through the armor he wore. * * * Back at Maverick Hunter HQ... "I'M GOING TO WRING THAT SON OF A BASTARD'S NECK!" The gang all looked up to see the doors forced out. Needless to say that everybody gaped with opens mouths at the figure who had just entered the R&D Lab. Zero darkly glared at each of his employees before he stormed off, shouting more curses and literally making dents in the walls, leaving behind trails of cream on the carpet floor. "Whoa, Zero did this?" Spider asked as he walked in about three minutes later. He picked up the destroyed door without much difficulty, and set it against the wall for repairs. "What happened?" "Ohh, Forte. Food fight in the cafeteria, cheesecake down shirts, not to mention food flung in all directions..." Spider tugged at his armor tux, as bits of cheesecake crumbs fell down to the floor, "he also sprayed whipped cream in Zero's hair, topped it off with a cherry, laughed manically and bolted off." "That must have been a hell of a lot of cream to cover Zero's hair like that," Kristi stated as she blinked while remembering the sight. The bounty hunter chuckled a bit. "Well, amazingly he didn't go berserk and try to kill Forte. Only his ego was hurt, I think." He then left to try and get the rest of teh crumbs out of his armor tux. "Sheesh, glad we weren't there," Markus said after breaking the five minute silence. He, Kristi, and five of their friends went back to work. | Harpuia grunted, his sabers still alive. "We know that already - we've fought with him four times, Phantom excluded," he replied, and Leviathan smashed her spear onto his head, with the handle.
"Don't remind me of that!" she asked, and looked at the barrier. "I guess it's one of ours... either that, or something close. Oh well... let's turn it up, then..." she grinned, the crystal in her spear beginning to glow, as she generated her own aura. Phantom took the hit, but backdashed along the building, knocking the kunais away. Once his double began forming seals, he began as well, knowing he'd have to just get it done quickly... Fefnir grunted, but thankfully the attacks weren't getting too close... although it seemed he was getting a disadvantage. "Gah... don't you ever know when to quit? FIRE BLAST!" he asked, releasing a constant stream of fire that grew into a large symbol, aimed at his opponent's face. Zekt's scythes were whipped in moments, and he began spinning them rapidly, even as Xen dashed away, charging another blast. Zekt laughed, as he saw the costume he had chosen. "Oh, man... you had to choose ELPIZO, of all the creatures to mimic, Doc Man? Give me a break!" he joked, even as another Zekt rose, wearing his other armor. "Go get him," he told it, and it went wordlessly ahead, even as Zekt watched the others. "Is your boss gonna appear next, then?" he added, talking to Shadow. "Did she recover from the beating I gave her yet?" When Nebula Grey appeared, all the fighters turned towards it for a second, stunned. "What the..." was the word in everyone's mouths, even if they didn't word it. Phantom made the last seal, and, glaring one more time at his double, spoke, "Veil of Darkness." A large cover of darkness enveloped him, going all the way to where Phantom was, keeping him and Nebula Gray distracted... for, even if they could see in common darkness, the field he had activated was one that stopped most radars from working. Phantom would have to locate him on his own... |

| Harpuia.EXE smirked, twirling the Z-Saber in his hand. "Lets."
"Don't underestimate me punk! Triple FireHit3! Mad Boxer3 Program Advance!" If Z. Fefnir didn't block in time, he'd find himself struck by twenty fiery fists coming from all around him, also at the time coming from nowhere. Also, the attack managed to knock him back, but he had used the blade to atleast divert the flow of the attack in half, but it still had done its damage to him. Phantom.EXE merely grabbed his shuriken, put it away while deactivating the weapon, and dove into the veil of darkness. To him, this veil of darkness would just be like the Great Shadowy Plains of Neo Arcadia. Scarface kept his stance up, his feet spread evenly apart, his free hand kept behind his back. As the First Armor rushed into attack, the ex-Rebellion supervirus just simply blocked any and all attacks. "Elpizo's speed is good yes, but his overconfidence is what caused for his deletion when the Crest of Arcadia shifted to one strong element instead of increasing all of his elements." And soon he found himself bored with this form, as he shifted ot a Breaker-type Navi: MetalMan.EXE. "Metal Break!" His large metal fist shined in a glossy bronze color as he thrusted it forward. Metal Break has the ability to peirce through armor defense, which means if Zekt doesn't want any of his armors damaged beyond repair... he'd better keep an eye out, and keep on his toes. Scarface is also one who can transform into literly EVERY SINGLE NAVI IN EXISTANCE (which also means Scarface has not only the apperance of said Navi, but he also has access to his or her abilities, and battle preferences such as speed, attack strength, defense, element weaknesses or strengths, the whole nine yards)... not to mention he's gotten several other battle modes in his viral format. Hit or miss, Scarface transformed yet again, into a unfamiliar appearance. Scarface's new appearance was ghostly, wearing a long tattered robe that waved in even the slightest cyber breeze with a hood pulled up over his head. His face was covered by a mask resembling a skull. He made no sound as he moved, as if he had no physical body. "PhantomMan, a phantom Navi who's body is unharmed by attacks, which serves perfect for what you can call good defense. Phantom Blade!" A right arm clad in dull grey armor shot out from under the cloak and his hand transformed into a wicked-looking halberd head with two scythe blades in place of the spike and the end opposite of the axe blade. Meanwhile with Shadow, he was unleashing a batallion of homing missiles towards his opponents. Harpuia.EXE flew forward, as he unleashed a triple saber cut with the Z-Saber upon reaching Z. Harpuia, then his fist glowed red as he lashed towards Z. Leviathan with a FireHit1 attack (its more of a kinetic punch that will smack the opponent, but flame elemental). It will take some hard and very strong attacks to break the LifeAura. |

| Fefnir stopped the move in time, barely capable of block most of the fists with his cannons... but he was still harmed by a few. "Who's underestimating who?" he asked, firing some more blasts, even as he jumped away, once the attack of his opponent was over.
Inside the veil, everything was perfectly dark. The only thing Phantom.EXE would be able to see was the ground, and even that seemed strange. The sound of feet running came from behind him, as three shuriken were thrown from that direction - but Phantom's real attack was from the front, revealing himself as he attempted to slash his double from the air once more. "Funny, to us, it was because he couldn't handle the power of the Dark Elf and ended up beaten by his own stupidity... and Zero," Zekt commented simply, before frowning in surprise, when he saw what form he had taken. "Great... he's got a double here too. But... how did you earn that form?" he asked, calmly... as the Metal Break passed through the parts of the armor that were non-existant. That Zekt struck his arms with the scythes before he had switched forms again, not even recoiling. "Also, aim for something better next time..." Xen tried to dodge the missiles, not avoiding all... but Zekt was slashing any that came close to the others, the scythes flying back and forth. Still, he managed to get close enough to fire a fully charged blast - this time, surrounded by a bright aura. Harpuia merely blocked the Z-Saber, snarling. "I'm not your opponent. She is. Why are you attacking me?" he asked, irritated. Moving back away, he watched as his double tried to strike Leviathan down... But she parried it with her spear, and grinned. "FROST VEGA SLASH!" she screamed, forcing his arm backwards, before dashing ahead... *TCHIK* The sound of a slash was heard, as she reappeared on the other side, her spear cast downwards... and a thin ice blade appeared behind her, in the shape of her cut, having struck Harpuia.EXE in that manner. If that wasn't enough, she formed more Ice Spheres and threw them at him. |

| "Speed Shift!" Suddenly, several copies of Harpuia.EXE split out from his body and formed a ring around the two Z. Guardians. The duo will have trouble, trying to find the real Navi at the constantly shifting images, but the way the illusions kept moving made it hard to tell if and when the genuine article moved.
"Like this?" They all said, "Perfect isn't it. This was one of my good moves I tried to use when Waya and I tried to defeat Enzan and Blues in the past." Then, one of the Harpuia suddenly shot out from the ring of shifting images and will slash Z. Leviathan across the back with his Z-Saber before returning to safety on the other side. Then seconds after so (hit or miss) another will perform the same attack on Z. Harpuia then vanish into the green blurry ring (again, hit or miss). Scarface chuckled, having no damage harm him from any attacks while in this state. "Phantom Illusion." Scarface's robe shifted and several ghosts floated out and slowly made their way towards the real Zekt. "It is simple. I am a trojan horse supervirus. As you should know, a trojan horse virus can take on the form of any type of data, and also corrupt it, but since I am a supervirus, I have the forms of every single Navi that ever existed across the cyberworld. Also, before my creator Noah Kaiyou became good and changed for the better good; I also have other element types in my format, including Boktai elements. "As for the Blond Bomber, of course... Zero was created by a man who was simply stated The Profressor, a man who worked with the World Three organization that Mr. Wily created. The Zero Virus would spread all across the net, infecting NetNavis and thus turning them insane. Hikari Netto and RockMan being the two that defeated Wily's attempt of cyberworld destruction all those years ago, went to clense the net of the Zero Virus, along with some help form their friends. "At the time the net was cleaned of the virus, they had confronted the Navi, who was in fact a living virus such as myself, one with a soul, his own will of speech and movement, and his own will. After the battle, Zero was about to be deleted, when Netto's father, a famous scientis named Yuuchiro Hikari was able to analyze the data the two found, and converted Zero from a virus state, to that of a NetNavi format. "Where he then vanished and wandered the cyberworld for the rest of those years, protecting the innocent. How I know of all this is that unlike certain people that I know from my universe, I actually study up on my history whenever I'm not reading one of my good gothic books. Now, prior to Netto and friends hitting their teen years, David was around sixteen years of age when his NetNavi ForteZero, rescued a nearly deleted Zero from a rouge attack, which Shadow had arranged." At that comment, Shadow couldn't help but chuckle a bit. "David and Alia did all they could. They saved Zero's memory files, his battle data, and all other data not corrupted or deleted, before fixing up Zero's body, thus giving him a whole new framework." And to help with the visual sense, the large screen beside Zekt and Xen revealed two images along with data status. On the left (found a more better version of Zero's incarnation in the EXE Series) was Zero in his Zero Virus form, then on the right, if the Z. Guardians would of had time to looked (except the two Phantoms unless Z. Phantom can see through his own shroud of darkness) they would of gasped. Of course, other than the fact there had a round circle with a stylized Z in the black part of the gold circle on the center of his chest, he would of looked just like THEIR Zero.  
Scarface floated high into the air, making no sound as he did so. Shadow smirked, again using his wings to dull some of the damage. "Blood Spire!" Then as if defying gravity, several clumps of blood shot out around Xen, hardening into sharp spires. This was one of the Count of Ground-Soaking Blood's trademark attacks. Inside the veil, Phantom.EXE merely created a double to ward off the illusion attack, while using his katana to fend off against the real attack. Being silent, and not talking, HAS to get on somebody's nerves, being deathly silent and projecting no emotions whatsoever. Fefnir's Fire Blade enflared with heat and flames, as he concentrated some energy into the fiery steel weapon. He took the hits, but he still stood strong. "Come down here and fight me like a man. If you're supposed to be like me, then you would face your enemies head-on instead of keeping distance!" "You see, if Shadow has been filling you, Xen, with amounts of information, I am absolutely sure there are alot of canon characters that have NetNavi or virus counterparts in our world." He raised his Phantom Blade, then swung it before him, sending several flying sickle shaped energy waves traveling at a fast pace towards Zekt. * * * "Hey Massimo?" The green armored warrior glanced up from his seat at the cyberworld lounge. "Oh, hello Cinnamon." "Hello. Have you by any chance been able to contact Markus today?" "No, why do you ask?" Cinnamon flopped in a small couch, and sighed. "I can't get any contact with Kristi either." "Maybe they're too busy at the lab or something." The nurse NetNavi sighed again. "Maybe..." "Have you heard what Forte did to Zero today?" When she blinked with a confused face, Massimo explained, "Well, Zero was in the mess hall when Forte started up a food fight. Zero of course being one of our senior officers tried to get calm into the situation when Forte suddenly sprayed a whipped cream into his hair, topped it off with a cherry, laughed manically and then bolted off." Cinnamon supressed a giggle. "Must of been alot to cover Zero's hair like that." Massimo let out a hearty chuckle. "I guess so. I think Zero still has that murderous look in his eyes. I feel sorry for Forte when Zero tries hard to maul him up." * * * Zero had just stepped out of his shower, a towel drapped tightly across his lower torso, growling. He had finally gotten rid of all that whipped cream in his hair. "I swear, Forte's a dead man when I see him again." |

| Harpuia grunted. "No move is perfect... all moves have flaws. Zero forced me to learn this lesson... painfully." The attack dealt at Leviathan was right on target, but she was just sent down to the ground. Harpuia blocked the move towards his own easily, and watched the various copycats move. "Hm... let's try something out," he muttered, before spinning in the opposite manner as the Harpuias.EXE, sending two continuous spread waves at them.
"Oh, I see. So, you're just a common bastard who can clone people... and did I ask for a history lesson? Why do you idiots ALWAYS tell us too much information during our fights, especially when we don't ask for it? Jeez... you guys are some serious losers, alright..." Zekt taunted, even as he contacted Lan. 'So, what do you suggest?' 'He's a virus... and apparently, he's currently on a primary defensive form, not meant for offense, but he's still capable of attacking. If we could stop him from doing that...' the young Reploid summed up, and Zekt shrugged. So be it... "Fine, then, if you want to get me... of course, first you're gonna have to find me. Seeya," he said, before dashing away, disappearing, just as the clone disappeared as well. While the Guardians were surprised by Zero's different appearance, they weren't as surprised as they probably would, by Shadow's expectatives. They didn't like it much that, apparently, Zero was a virus that became good... but they said nothing; if Xen hadn't said anything yet, it wasn't worth worrying about. Xen dashed away, although one of the spikes managed to hit him in the leg... but it wasn't as bad as it looked, thankfully. "Why are you showing us that stuff so much... can't you do something more useful with your data?" he asked, his colors switching to the single yellow... as he fired homing spark shots aimed right at the head. Phantom nodded, as he backflipped away, returning to the shadows... and suddenly, two kunai were thrown at the double, missing him by inches! "Well, let's see. I can either go straight at you, and get hit by a sword right on the face... or, I can stay here and keep blasting you. I think the choice is obvious," Fefnir summed up, charging his own cannons as well... it didn't seem like that would be pretty. |

| Scarface simply summoned more Phantom Illusions, and sent them to track down Zekt.
"Oh, why don't you just think of all this information as something you can use for Universal History 101," Shadow said in a taunting manner, before he sent electrical shots of the opposite electrical charge towards Xen's Thunderball attacks. If predicted, the attacks would simply cancle each other out. The real Harpuia suddenly shifted as the ring vanished, and a mightly green wave was unleashed from the Z-Saber. "Otenko Battlechip!" Appearing in bits of data on Harpuia.EXE's head was what looked like something closely resembling a cyber-elf, only it wasn't. It was a green plant stalk with two leaves, and a somewhat big sunflower head with a big nose and beady looking black eyes: Master Otenko, the messenger of the sun from the doomsday world of Boktai. Immediatly, Oteko began gathering in sunlight, and the Z-Saber slowly glowed brighter, becoming a more golden shade of honey. "I can see why Saiba's little brother Noah would use Boktai element Battlechips; The Otenko Battlechip can use sunlight as a useable form of energy." Harpuia then flown out of Z. Leviathan's range of combat attacks, but that didn't count out Z. Harpuia, who could follow after. Fefnir.EXE only smirked. "So, you're a spineless bastard then, just like my old operator Nicol. So be it." He then dashed ahead, moving left and right to avoid the shots before jumping high, then swung out his charged Fire Blade in a horizontal slash. "If only they'd learn never to underestimate your opponents. Then they would have a chance to actually beat us," Scarface said to no one in particular, "Gun Del Hell!" Transforming back to normal, but using a part of ShadeMan's data to grow his wings, his right hand grasped the Dark Gun. "Dark Spread!" He flew too fast towards Xen in less than two seconds, and pulling the trigger, send out a 90 degree wave of blackish red energy from the Dark Lens. Unlike the sun powered Spread from the Gun Del Sol, Dark Spread has the tendancy to quickly drain the opponent's HP/LE/ect. 3.7 seconds faster. Then pulling back incase Zekt suddenly shifted back to attack the supervirus, Shadow lashed out with his weapon which glowed a sparkling white, an attack he called Diamond Claw Strike. Scarface also used the cables on his arm and stifened them into a large sword like structure. Diamond Claw Strike was one of the attacks used by the Omega Virus. Diamond Claw Strike is a breaker attack, meaning that Xen's armor defense means nothing to block out a heavy-hit damage strike. Phantom.EXE did the unthinkable: He whipped his hand out - and though cutting his hand with a sliver of the blades - caught them and adding two more, flung them back with deadly accuracy. A three set hand-sign later, he became transparent (Invis Battlechip: One turn of no damage). * * * "And, why are you here Forte?" Mitani asked. Fortre was sipping on a pina colada he got from Red Alert's mess hall. "Oh, I sprayed alot of whipped cream in Zero's hair, topped it off with a cherry, laughed my ass off at him then bolted off." "You do know that if he comes here, we're not responsible for your deletion?" The Black Shadow merely shrugged it off. |

| Even though the Phantom Illusions seemed to be homing, they were unable to track Zekt well - mostly due to the cloaking/speed he was using, but also because, sometimes, they seemed to be sent off target...
"Just shut up already!" Xen replied, angrily, switching colors into a black and grey duo... and rushed towards Shadow, waiting for him to attack. Harpuia sent a wave of his own to counter it, before moving away. "Seems like things are getting too complicated for our own good... do you still want to fight him?" he asked, and Leviathan looked at Harpuia.EXE... then back at Xen. "No... master X might need support. I suppose I'll go after him," she replied, heading back to where Xen was fighting with Shadow, watching their next move. "Not quite, you little jerk. I just know what I'm good with, and what I'm not. In this case, I'm not good with fighting up close - try fighting without your fancy sword and you'll see what I mean," Fefnir replied, blasting a dual shot - one that was similar in shape to a dragon head, and would probably go through the attack... even if he'd still take damage. A scythe flew to intercept the Gun del Hell, just as Zekt smirked behind him. "Hey, why don't you try going for the actually important target?" he asked, his right hand glowing white, before he attempted to ram it through him. If he hit, he'd use his Data Drain ability to absorb his knowledge and memories... including any weak points. Right when the Diamond Claw Strike was launched, Xen fired, a double appearing in front of him... firing a charged blast, before taking the damage for the strike, probably neglecting it as well, disappearing. Phantom didn't even bother aiming, really, throwing kunais back and forth, none quite hitting him... it seemed that, whatever it was he was doing, did not involve striking his double directly... Meanwhile, the Phanteon armies were being destroyed, although there was no sign of the people doing so coming any closer... |

| "Should Ferham and I go out to help Scarface, Shadow, and our three revived Neo Arcadia generals?" Epsilon asked Sonance, "My powers of energy absorbtion and Ferham's ability to control the males of those wiht a adult like maturity will give us the victory."
"I should, but that bastard Zekt would only get angry. His brother who goes by the name of Metal Man nerely died when he and our female alien friend Slur had a spar that somehow went out of control." "Slur, the extraterrestrial Navi of Duo?" Ferham questioned. "The very same. Just stay back, for they will win... I am sure of it." * * * Phantom.EXE prepared another set of hand signs, one that his counterpart would probably be amazed with. Once finished, the shroud of darkness around the two faded away, revealing their battleground within the veil of darkness, which was designed just like a Medieval Japanese city in the dead of night with nothing but a few candlelit lampposts and a full moon to illuminate the area. A giant pagoda set in the center of the Japanese city, one which would be greatily appriciated. Three shuriken needles appeared in Phantom’s hand. He held them between his fingers, and he waited for the right moment before throwing the needles at his opponent. Even if Z. Phantom would try to summon more darkness, the digital battlefield within the Veil would not allow it. It also is a perfect setting for two ninjas such as them to duel. Outside the Veil of Darkness, it looked just that; a barrier of black shadows, but inside was different. Harpuia with Otenko gripped on top of his helmet, rushed down and slashed the wave, destroying it with a shining gold powered up Z-Saber. Even though it seemed impossible, Scarface lashed out the cables and caught the scythe dead in its flight path. And Shadow upon being able to land a hit on his opponent, recieved a "double-edged sword", taking damage right after he attacked. And before Zekt could catch his opponent, he'd transform back into PhantomMan, the Gun Del Hell vanished... and he phased right through Scarface. "Spirits cannot be harmed physically," he childed in a serious tone. Of course, upon transforming, Zekt's weapon was free for him to reclaim again. Adn Fefnir.EXE was knocked clear off the roof, his Fire Blade dematerializing and vanished. He summoned hsi Torch Claw, and fired at the ground. The burst of flames did well enough to slow his descent. "Grr... bastard. Meteor Rain!" He fired a giant ball of fire, which exploded and came back down like a hailstorm. And Scarface, he chuckled. "Unless you can figure out how to actualy harm a spirit - which I'm sorry to dissapoint but holy water won't do shit - you won't be abel to figure out what superiorority I have in my format." He summoned his Phantom Blade again, and held it in a defensive position. "I would love to show you one of my other transformations, but then you'd wonder why some one my transformations are that of some guardians of the Norse mythyology... so I'll just spare the lengthy text." With Xen and Shadow, "Ohh boo hoo... cry all you want. Sooner or later, you'll fall in defeat. You are a worthy opponent, that I'll admit, but unless you can concentrate, you won't win!" |
