I think some popular SMB2 and 3 editors support SMAS. No luck on SMB1 I think.

SMAS is basically a fancy multi-boot cartridge, each game is separate (the SMBx series was probably actually directly ported from NES; good evidence is the fact that they share the same glitches and behavior) and has generally unsimilar layouts. An editor that does all of the games included in SMAS will need information for each of them, and it'd take a while to do so.

Basically, STFW or get.

I thought they just updated the graphic and sound code for the NES ROMs and tacked them together on an ordinary cartridge from source level? Hence SMAS+W basically has an ordinary SMW ROM appended, but all the offsets are 0x30 banks ahead of what they are in standalone SMW.
