I wanted to be a cool kid too.  ;
Well seeing as pretty much everyone else was hacking the game, I decided it would be cool as well. So I did. Hopefully the hack won't totally suck. Though level 2 is kinda odd. Basically, this was just me hacking SMB "for the hell of it". Later on I decided to base it around somebody I knew. I choose The Merc. He is also known widely as Kosa-Dachi, he's a good friend and he did a lot of the sprites. What I have Changed. -A lot of Graphics -A few palletes -Text -All levels -Title Screen Old Screen shot just because:

| I don't like Screen shots, demos, or anything else that could take from the game, but here is another one.
I didn't like spinies so I just made lakitu throw down sparks that light on fire.  |

| Just because there are a lot of Super Mario Bros. hacks doesn't mean none of them are awesome, Darkmatt. I'm not sure if you just don't care much for Super Mario Bros., or you have trouble finding the best ones, or something, but I assure you that there are definitely great Super Mario Bros. hacks out there. | |||

very good hack  But could do better graphics.The new Mario is okay but I dont like the floor in the first pic.Also try to make a better looking lakitu,the original is ugly. |

| Pardon me for saying that wrong. I should've said "Not convinced that this is going to excel." I gotta stop making posts in the morning. Now then,
I can understand demos, but screenshots? Stop being a lazy bum! Screen #1: Following suit, ground needs fixing up. Also the top line on the bricks looks a bit awkward when you stack 2 bricks up on eachother. Emblem looks nice. Screen #2: I am profound about the location of that moving platform. Lakitu should be modified a bit more. |

| Kinda simple right now, but I'm sure you're working on that... Maybe you can try making some new level graphics. I've seen some good SMB hacks before, I'd have to suggest you learn how to dither well. If you can get that down, you'd be amazed how well your graphics will turn out with such a limited palette.
