| If they can come up with reasonable evidence that there's gold there, I say go for it. I mean, I would assume even if they do get court approval to dig, they'll use ground penetrating radar to locate it first, it's not like they'd just tear up the whole yard. | |||

he owes them money that he doesn't have and damn well isn't likely to ever get. They suspect there's gold on his property. Since he can't pay them, they go for his gold instead. Makes sense to me.
