I just tried to post in the SMW hacking forum, and it didn't accept it. I see why now, I didn't have permission. 
I would like to have permission to enter the SMW hacking forum, because I am an active member in that area of Acmlm's board. I am not currently working on a hack, however I can show pictures of my levels if you need proof that I can hack SMW and make levels that people would normally enjoy. Some contributions I've made that were ASM-related (because I enjoy that type of hacking) included finding a rom address to modify boo's behavior, finding valuable data on the eating/creating sprite, and a few other ASM-related suggestions. I also commented on many people's hacks, how they can improve them and whatnot. As for the future? I plan to do the same thing. My current ASM-related project is trying to find Mario's complete tilemap data. I may even rearrange and throw my levels into a hack someday. Mods, if I need screenshot proof that I can make good, enjoyable levels, just let me know. |
