Working on my hack, which I've already mentioned before here a while back, I've run into only a single problem. My hack is going great by the way but I can't get this program to work properly.

I searched for a program for quite a while to hack the dungeons of The Legend of Zelda. I found 2 different programs, 1 of which isn't complete, Dungeon Master, and the one that I'm having problems with called ZDEv021 (and sorry for the message GameMakr24, it said your name in the editor's credits).

The problem I'm having with ZDEv021 is it says I'm missing a DLL file of which I already downloaded to try and fix the problem. I'm starting to think it isn't the DLL file causing the problem and maybe it's something else. It gives me the message when I go click on a room to edit, then click Edit Room, the message comes up as follows:

Run-time error '713':

Class not registered.
You need the following file installed on your machine. MSSTDFMT.DLL

I'm not sure what else to do and coming here was my last hope to fix the problem.

Put the DLL in your Windows path (usually C:\WINDOWS).

I tried putting the DLL into many folders and still get that message. Is it possible the site I got the DLL from could have given me a bad file?

It's possible, but try going to a Command Prompt and entering regsvr32 MSSTDFMT.DLL.

That hit the spot, thanks HyperHacker. I should have known to try that, but I never thought about it.

Now everything should be good for me to finish my hack.
