| Up until I downloaded the latest version of Gens+, the emulator always worked perfectly on my Windows XP-ridden piece of electronic junk I like to call a "computer".
But now that I downloaded the latest version... the emulator start up and freeze instantly and forever. The window do appear... but instead of displaying the static within the "screen" of the window, it show just white space... and the window is frozen. I cannot minimize the window and putting it in the background and back in the foreground cause the menu to turn into white blank space as well (and also change the head from "Gens+" to "Gens+ (not responding)"). So... I'm stuck. So... what did I do wrong? Is the new version broken? Help will be greatly appreciated. |

Ever since Stifu mentioned an emulator called KFusion I don't even bother with Gens anymore. You can get this emulator here. This is the best Genesis emulator out there cause it's so fast and smooth, so give it a shot.  |

| Well, it doesn't help me (because I want to unfreeze Gens+) but well... I'll still give it a shot and see what it does.
EDIT: Tried it... and MAN! I want to find a fix for Gens+ because that well... you call THAT smooth?!? Don't know why but it lags like heck ony my computer and got way worse sound than Gens+. It doesn't even just lag on Genesis roms, too! Kega lags just as much on Master System roms as well! In short, no good. EDIT 2: Tried Kega Fusion... and well, lag issue fixed. I still prefer Gens+ to Kega but well, it works without problems. Anyway... thanks... sorta. If someone knows what happened to Gens+ and how I could fix it, I'm still open to it.
