How about reading the FAQ? Or... Maybe... *gasp* read Lunar Magic's HELP FILE?

Change the palette he uses, or screw with his graphics what that the greens are in the extra parts (not the part the tongue uses) and color them orange.

Go into Lunar Magic's 16x16 tile editor, and hold CTRL + SHIFT and press PAGE DOWN. This will unlock viewing iof the sprite map16. Use the up and down arrows to scroll through pages, and on page 20, you can find the yoshis. Left click on the green one, then click "edit 16x16 attributes". On the palette number it uses, just change that. Since sprites use the second half of the palettes, add 8 to whatever it says there.

By default it will say 5, so [5 + 8 = 13], and 13 = D in hex. Green yoshi uses palette D. You could do that, but that's if you want to change Yoshi's palette, like you asked. Your problem here is that none of these sprite colors are particularly orange, so
you'll have to change Yoshi's graphics in a tile editor by making it so he uses the last half of the colors in his palette, and then change those in the shared palette section of the palette editor.

Don't ask questions on what I just said, just do it, and read the helpfile when you come to something you don't know how to do, like maybe changing shared palettes, and other documentations on how to use a tile editor.

Goldensunboy, that doesn't affect anything but the editor, it has no affect on the game =/

I was wrong, I thought that would work, forget everything I said about sprite map16. All you can do is change Yoshi's graphics in a tile editor so all of his colors (besides black and transparent, no need to change those) are in the second half of the palette, then change the second half of the colors in palette D in Lunar Magic to orange.

See how he has a 16-color palette? Let's just imagine that they are numbered 1-16.

Take color 4 and click on some color below it in the color picker that is outragesously different than any other color in the palette.

Now, choose color 8 and color over every pixel that was color 4 (the outrageously different color)

Now, do the same thing, but with colors 5 and 9.

Then, one last time with colors 6 and 10.

Now, do this with every other 8x8 tile that has to do with yoshi, like his different animations, his torso, baby yoshi, etc., and SAVE after doing it all.

Go into Lunar Magic and insert GFX to rom (the green mushroom button, don't accidentally extract GFX or your work will be lost), then enable custom palette (Level > Enable Custom Palette). Now, change colors 8-A in palette D.

Save level to rom, and now play it in an emulator.

If you have any more questions, please take it to PMs. This repeated posting is what PMs were meant for, and it may be considered spamming if we keep being one-on-one like this.
