If you want to help me finish it I'd be glad to do a team project on it. Though not unless there's a better editor out. DWedit did a good job for the most part but I'm still dealing with really annoying glitches from it. Though I'd rather not make it as hard as your hack. No offense but the hard mode on that is just way too hard to be fun. Is it even possible to beat the weak encounter of the forest when you're just starting? There's just so many enemies at once and they all have insane hp. I do however really like your designs of the world map and such. You also should consider getting rid of forcing damage upon the player (mainly in the weak encounter of the grass, it is not possible to dodge them falling on you.) BTW, I think you and I have talked via the old CG boards.

Ok. I will help you finish it!! Dwedit's editor did cause some bugs, but I think I will be able to fix them. And it will be a lot easier with help! I look forward to working on this!

By the way.....the Hard version of my hack was very hard, but its for those who like challenge(no offense).....and thats why I made the easy version...I feel like it is significantly easier and more enjoyable to play.(well i hope)

And the low level battle encounter with the falling Bits and Bots....just simply move to the right when the level loads and the monsters will fall to your sides and not on top.

Remember, avoid spoilers. If you want to ask something specific, I suggest you PM Ice Penguin...

By the way, I think I bumped into a fatal flaw. I beat Horsehead in the first palace (Twice ! That's a good idea !), and I placed the crystal, but I realized there's a locked door I did not unlock, because I had no key. So I'm doomed, because if I leave the palace, it turns into rock...

If you got the candle, then you shouldnt have anything to worry about...there is an extra locked door in Palace 1...but even if you were to unlock that usless door, you would still have enough keys for later.

There's also two empty caves, which seems suspect to me...
The one just south of North Castle has nothing at the end...
And the one south-east of North Castle (past the mountains) has nothing at the end too...

Trax, maybe you could show me some pictures, because I can't think of any caves that are empty.

All caves have something in them, but there are some "secret" spots that don't.....

If anyone is interested, I am going to be making another version of my hack that will actually be Easy. There are a lot of people that don't like the extreme difficulty....

I'm going to try and make it around the difficulty of the original game but slightly harder, especially around the end of the game....

The enemies will have less HP....
Link's sword will have stronger levels....
And those tricky spots that require a perfect jump or you die.....these will be changed into something of ease.....

I will be working on it for the next week or so.....just to let you know.

Well, I made a new easy version. It may not seem like it at first, but it is.

So now you have 3 difficulty options...3 patches...

Here it is:

TRANSLATION Update!!...(almost)

I got the idea from a friend of mine...and he is helping me translate it. Also, I have never done a translation hack before so this will be interesting...

The hack will be in FRENCH........

I just started on it so it might take a week, maybe less...

It's been a few weeks since anything has happened to this, but I'm announcing an UPDATE! Version 1.9

Somebody reported a bug to me that occurs in Palace 1, 3, and 5. He only found it in Palace 1, but the room he found it in..... is used more than once....

Also, the French translation has been going slow, but it will be done soon.
