| US Laws...these are real BTW...no shit...really...:
In California, animals are banned from mating within 1500 feet of a tavern, school or church. In Arizona, you cannot have more than two dildos in a house. In Champaign Illinois, no-one may pee in his neighbour's mouth. In Florida, if an elephant is left tied to a parking meter, the parking fee has to be paid just as it would for a vehicle. Also in Florida, it's illegal to have sex with a porcupine. (Remember "Woodland Critter Christmas" on South Park?) In Kentucky, you can't dye a duckling blue and offer it for sale unless more than six are for sale at once. In Montana, seven or more indians are considered a raiding party and it is legal to shoot them. In New Jersey, it is illegal for a man to knit during fishing season. Now to Ohio: No-one can be arrested on a Sunday or Independence Day.  
Texas...criminals need to give their victims 24 hours notice as well as the nature of the crime. In Virginia, it is illegal for an unmarried person to have sex, and it is also illegal to give anal or oral. No wonder its called Virginia. Witches and Quakers are banned from Massachusetts!!! This means YOU!!! (Points to reader) It is illegal to lie down and fall asleep in a cheese factory in South Dakota. Have I missed out anything here? |

| There are hundreds of those stupid laws. I think it's illegal to have anal sex in Florida... I think there's a law in Pennsylvania that prevents you from tying your pet crocodile to a fire hydrant and I think there's a law in Indiana or something that restricts you from fishing on top of a giraffe. | |||

| Well... I know the oral/anal laws for Virginia (I live there... lucky me) can't be enforced if they're committed in private, because of some supreme court decision involving the right to privacy. I've heard a recent case where they were still used to prosecute someone for soliciting oral sex from an undercover officer, if I'm not mistaken.
(Yes, that particular law is real. "Crimes against nature.") |

Most of these laws are just old ones that are so outdated no one even bothered to have them repealed, though. No one's going to enforce them.

Moose may not be viewed from an airplane. It is considered an offense to push a live moose out of a moving airplane. It is considered an offense to feed alcoholic beverages to a moose.
