Well, to keep it short, it seems that the board database doesn't accept birthdays prior to December 31st, 1969 (Unix time 0). Every time an older birthday is entered, it just keeps changing to this.

Can this be fixed? I want to enter my real birthday, but thanks to this bug I can't.

I think it currently relies on Unix time. Well, the database itself just stores the timestamp (and note the date itself), but I have no idea how hard it would be to change everything so it works fine.

NO GEEZERS ALLOWED

Seriously, shouldn't it be able to use negative timestamps?

It can, and it can't. The method Ace has set up to compare dates isn't bulletproof, and thus servers don't recognize the date right. (Server issue really, not his fault.) To allow past this point on other boards, they've had to write thier own conversion code. Oh boy.
