What do you measure that in? You know, there's a large difference between a 0.33 litre can and an 1.5 litre bottle. (I drink 1-2 of the latter a day on average, but my record stands at five)

Uhm... I need another cola beverage to drink with scotch now...

Coca-Cola Company is perhaps the most widely recognized corporate symbol on the planet. The company also leads in the abuse of workers’ rights, assassinations, water privatization, and worker discrimination. Between 1989 and 2002, eight union leaders from Coca-Cola bottling plants in Colombia were killed after protesting the company’s labor practices. Hundreds of other Coca-Cola workers who have joined or considered joining the Colombian union SINALTRAINAL have been kidnapped, tortured, and detained by paramilitaries who are hired to intimidate workers to prevent them from unionizing.

In India, Coca-Cola destroys local agriculture by privatizing the country’s water resources. In Plachimada, Kerala, Coca-Cola extracted 1.5 million liters of deep well water, which they bottled and sold under the names Dasani and BonAqua. The groundwater was severely depleted, affecting thousands of communities with water shortages and destroying agricultural activity. As a result, the remaining water became contaminated with high chloride and bacteria levels, leading to scabs, eye problems, and stomach aches in the local population.

Coca-Cola is also one of the most discriminatory employers in the world. In the year 2000, 2,000 African-American employees in the U.S. sued the company for race-based disparities in pay and promotions.

I answered 2-4, but sometimes I'll drink more than that if I'm in the mood for them. I drink diet pop because it has no calories and I like the taste. Seriously...the last time I took a sip of regular pop, it seemed syrupy and gross. And before I got used to diet, I used to hate it.

Usualy 3-4 a day.

Even that is terrible for me, but, well... I need the god damn caffiene. I am definately considering switching to diet, to try and cut down on the sugars... But doesn't diet have more salt or something? I don't fucking know.

I just need the caffiene. NEED it. I am a fucking junkie; I cannot function like a normal human being without it.
Diet pop is basically inert. It is caffeinated and carbonated, but obviously neither sound like a problem for you. And as long as you don't have PKU (a rare genetic disorder that you would have known about since you were little) or some random sensitivity to an artificial sweetener (like noticing that a certain sweetener triggers migraines), the sweeteners in diet pop shouldn't give you any trouble, either. As far as sodium goes, the can of Diet Black Cherry Vanilla Coke I have in front of me says that it contains 45mg of sodium, which is 2% of the RDA. I have no idea how that compares to regular pop.

Depends heavily. Anything from zero to four liter. I can be a heavy drinker on the weekends, but I always buy Coca cola light (diet coke).

Soda is something I really don't drink. 0-1. Basically, I drink stuff like juice and water ... I commonly drink water, however.

It varies a lot for me depending on:
  • Whether I work:
-At work I'll drink like two 1-liter bottles of pop.
  • Whether or not I'm at home:
-I have a bunch of pop at my place, but my friends don't really have any.
  • Whether or not I'm drinking something else:
    -i.e. beer or liquor.

I will drink what is available. Sometimes that is soda. Usually it is milk, water, or juice. Thus, on average, 0-1 is likely accurate.

If I drink a soft drink, I'll only drink diet. Cokes are too sweet anyway (yuck) and soft drinks are notorious sources of empty calories. For anyone who drinks more than one a day they are a signifigant calorie source.

Go diet. Once you get used to it they taste better anyway
