Skreename: I had no idea a thread about my anniversary would get that much attnention.  But I had a lot of fun posting in it all night. 
Thoughtless: 99% of the time, that's very very true. And it's sad. Vyper: Hmm... well one thing that always puts me to sleep is reading a very dull, boring book that I know I don't want to read. Do so laying in bed. It puts me out in 5 minutes flat. If that doesn't work, I have no clue. See a doctor? fabio: I had no idea until about 5 minutes before it started. Xk made me the schene and such, someone suggested we have a happy hour, and I said someone should make a thread then! A few minutes later we had a thread, crazy colors, twinkle star power, and many many people posting.

Clockworkz: Well, it's important to just relax and be yourself. Think of things that you enjoy talking about, that you could possibly discuss with her. Try and find out what her interests are, either by being inquisitive or just by asking. It's a well known fact that people can talk about themselves very easily, because we know ourselves well. You can talk about a new movie that's out, a book you just read, anything. Just don't get tongue tied because you're nervous... it's just a girl. She'll like you more if you can act natural and comfortable around her without any worries.
At least that's what I think. |

| I don't like them either! I don't follow football too much. If I have to choose a team I'd say Raiders, cuz they're the only good CA team, or Denver because my friend is obsessed with them. I just don't know any other teams in AFC North. |

| Alright, advice time.
I'm a horrible procrastinator. I'm one of those people who figures that anything can be done later, as long as later is >= one minute before the deadline. Problem is that this has (obviously) been interfering with my schoolwork. Now, I've tried forcing myself to do work, and consciously making myself ignore distractions, but those only seem to be short-term solutions, since one lapse means that I'm once again putting things off. Do you have any advice to help beat this habit? |

Kamek: You just have to limit your other options. Walk away from the comp, turn off the TV, rid yourself of anything you'd be tempted to do instead of homework, and start working. If you just make sure you have nothing else to do, then it's not so difficult to get work done. I almost always have my work done ahead of time, because I do just that. When I get home from school in the early afternoon, I sit and work until I feel I've done enough, and I'm still able to spend lots of time chatting online, etc. Just prioritize, and get rid of the distractions. YOU CAN DO EET. |
