Pff, try me. I stopped drinking coffee AND soda this summer, without much difficulty whatsoever. I've also dropped fastfood. I think I can avoid ramen.

And those health risks... you're setting yourself up for an unhealthy future. =\

I doubt it. I workout every now and then just too keep fat off. I'm healthy in general so I don't really have much to worry about.

As for giving up everything you gave up, you must feel like some highly prasied famous person.

Not really. Just trying to lose some weight this summer, and I figure ending the surgary, empty calorie items is the best place to start.

Ramen isn't sugary, but it is certainly junk food, so I won't have it.

I'm only the second person in the once a day catagory? It's not a literally every day thing for me, but more often than three times a week.

Ramen, microwave pizzas (the Tombstone ones), and microwave burritos! Mmm, mmm, mmm.

Probably more than is healthy Dx What can I say, I love my noodles...any kind, any flavor, I love love love it! Spicy, mild, hot, cold, sometimes I like to add soy sauce to my noodles too. In fact thats an ingredient in certain flavor dishes .-.;; but I guess, because I eat it in addition to other things that are 'better' for you it never did anything to me. And I have ate like this all my life so ^^;

Man, fuck it.
I eat what I want, when I want, as often as I want.
I'm 135 lbs and healthy as ever.
Breakfest normally involves pop tarts, Dr. Pepper, and a can of Chef Boyardee.
Lunch is a package of Ramen.
Dinner is usually a nice sit-down dinner with the family. Or Domino's Pizza.
See? Ramen is a very important part of the teenage dietary suppliment.

Not as much as I used to. Carbs are bad for me. I'll eat it on rare occasions.

You're lucky you get some kind of vitamins or something in your sit-down dinner, cause I don't think I can find anything nutritional besides maybe carbs in all of that.

Ahh... the joys of being a teenager... you can eat crap and not gain weight. Don't worry... your metabolism will get you... one day...

Meh, I'd prefer a decent soup over ramen. Although I have no qualms with putting ramen noodles IN a soup, depending on the soup.

I go progresso soup. It's really good and you get large portions without being heavy on the calories and junk. Have to watch my calorie intake these days... since I've magically turned OLD and don't really run or work out like I used to.

That "breakfast" would kick my ass seven times. And that's BEFORE I get out of bed, mind you.

Pop Tarts, fine once in a while... Dr. Pepper, that's horrible to have first thing in the morning... CHEF BOYARDEE?!?

I've gone to sleep and woken up at least 3 times in the past 24 hours.

None of them could be considered more than a short nap.

You guys are weird. I sleep every day, for long enough to enjoy it. I love sleep. I think I'd die if I had to go days without it.

Eh, I only sleep when I need it (or when it's smartest to do so).

I only went to sleep because I literally could not stay awake any longer, and even then I still didn't want to

Raw is the only way I eat it. I must have eaten it cooked once or twice in my life, and I didn't much like it.

But I love to eat it raw all the time.

What kind of flavors do you like?
