Hi, I have downloaded the Attack editing program, but I just need to know how exactly, you edit the Attack's descriptions... If anyone can help me out, you are my God!!!

Not to be blunt, but we need a lot more information in order to help you. Which program, and which game would be nice. Being very descriptive of your problem never hurts.

Advance Attack (A-Tack)

You have to change the discription with a hex editor/advance text.

And that I will try. Or I could search for the Attack's descriptions with a Text Editor... That would be simpler. If that is not possible, then I guess it is Hex editing for me, lol. Cheers for the help anyway!!!
