One legit complaint I CAN see is that the FAQ is horribly out of date. We should make it maditory to read the FAQ as part of registering an account. And not just a checkbox... Remember the old Napster, and how if you didn't scroll to the bottom of the terms/agreement window before agreeing to it it would tell you to read it first? Something like that.
