The Killers- All The Pretty Faces

A song that will be on their new album. I found a live version of the song and it's really damn good...sounds really different from their old stuff but still awesome.

Artist: Robi Draco Rosa
Album:Al Natural
Song:Blanca Mujer/Brujeria* (song changed mid-way into making this post)

It is a CD/DVD package that contains songs from a concert he did here in Puerto Rico. Best part about it is that I met him yesterday and my CD booklet is autographed and I took a picture with him...

But back to the music. I always been a fan of his, but this song in its original form was always a casual listen but when he did it in acoustic in the concert it just sounded so much better. In the concert he included medley's from other songs and basically did a bit of a remix of his old songs.

Now the Brujeria song, the guitar solo just rocks in this version. I get chills when Robi screams out "Poesia/Brujeria!"

Fall Out Boy: Dance, Dance.

Wow. This song is friggen' nice. The video is pretty much how I'll be when I go to one. (Highly doubtful, though.) I actually never heard of them until I heard "Sugar, we're going down" and here I am listening to them and more.

Neon Genesis Evangelion Sountrack: Fly Me To The Moon
Such a beautiful song; I really like songs like this, I don't know why.
"Fly me to the moon, and let me play among the stars...
I wanna know what spring is like on Jupiter and Mars..."

My Chemical Romance: I'm not OK (I promise)

Out of all the songs I listen to, this stands above them all. The music is probably the best part of the whole song. You gotta know this song if you love Punk Rock.

Cradle of Filth - "Nymphetamine"
-A really beautiful song, gives a nice vibe when you listen to it while a dark storm arrises during the day. I'd like to make a flash movie with this song once I get my copy of lightwave back.

Lil' Wayne: Fireman

Jeez, my favorite hip-hop song. One of them at least. After about 35 seconds, it gets perfect. The video is awesome because of 1 of 5 things: women.

Feel Good Inc. by Gorrilaz

One of my favorite songs of all time. I love the beat and everything. The part that goes "Windmill windmill for the land..." is possibly my favorite part. I love the lyrics too. It also won song of the year according to the Billboard Music Awards.

Fury of the Storm - Dragonforce

Can't really say I'm an avid listener of this group...but I will say that thise song, by far, kicks ass. Sad to say, the only reason I know of this song is because someone made a 13-footer SM file out of it...the whole damn thing. Yea, I'd like to see someone pad it, seen enough people keyboard it.

This right here is the jackpot of Wheezer. "Beverly Hills, that's where I want to be." It gets stuck in your head after a while.

Resident Evil Theme - Marilyn Manson

Very cold, creepy and genius. One of the best instrumentals made, this left me in chills the first time I heard it. Marilyn Manson, though notorious is one of the best musical artists of all time.

Violent Pornography by System of a Down

It's a great song for many reasons. My favorite part of any song has to be the faster part of this song when it's really hard to tell what is being said. Also, it's got some pretty interesting lyrics. Plus, SOAD is possibly my favorite band, still not to sure on that one.

Artist:The Strokes
Album:First Impressions of Earth
Song:You Only Live Once

Album doesn't come out in stores for a few more weeks. Had this album for about two (since Dec 3) and it is pretty good. So far, I have given the album moderate listening sessions and this song sticks out for me. It's the first song on the album. When I hear it I can't help but imagine a beach for some reason.

Yes- "Siberian Khatru", from the The Word is Live box set.

According to the box, this track comes from Detroit in 1976. In listening to it, it's clear that they now have a familiarity with the song that will come from playing it for several years (It was first released on Close to the Edge in 1972), with Chris Squire in particular doing small things to distinguish the bass line from the studio version's. In spite of this, though, I think I prefer the version found on Yessongs from about the time of CttE--the mix is better, and it moves along a little more briskly.

The soundtrack of Cave Story. Thanks Cymoro.

...Looking closer, this playlist also includes Scars Left by Time (Chrono Cross), Red Wings (FFIV), and Puppet Panic and Gene Gadget from Sonic 3d Blast.

So... Videogame music. Almost every music file on my computer was made by me, so I'm not only arrogant and narcissistic but also the best Midi sequencer on the planet, not to mention this solar system or galaxy.

Edit: We get error... Why is this post not on page 6?
