| Today was truely not going great for Sybur. First he gets captured by a load of blood-thirsty creatures. Then he manages to escape to a planet he had never been too before. He had been told that the people of Earth were his allies and that they should help out when he was in need. Tough luck for him.
Sybur came crashing down only a few minutes ago after escaping, creating a huge crater in the middle of some wierd rocky cliffside, mostly covered in grass but with many bare patches. As he got out, various people who had been nearby enough to see the explosion were crouding around. If it had not been for Sybur's freakishly large, 9 foot tall body and the arm cuffs he was wearing, showing he was a prisoner, the humans would not have ran. As they did, he screamed at them in his rough voice, sadly in his own language. He smashed the cuffs against the side of the crater for a long while until they eventually completely shattered. He rubbed his free arms and walked away, only to soon sense something coming towards him. Something of great power. "Jae Iplai maaf..." He thought, which roughly meant "Oh crap...". Instead of running like a girly girl, he flew out of the crater and waited at the top, and using his advanced eyesight watched carefully at the approaching figure. |

| Sekai flew right past Sybur in his starship before making a complete 360. The top hatch opened and he dropped out before the ship righted itself and landed a safe distance away. He dropped down from that high before landing perfectly fine on the ground before Sybur.
Sekai put on some sort of hearing aid device over his right ear, which was his universal translator, so that whatever Sybur spoke, would instantly be translated. Not many people in the galaxy heard of Sekai, though most have heard of the famous Samus Aran, fearless bounty hunter of the cosmos. He looked human, but with slightly pointy ears, only 6 foot 3. Sekai has long black hair, a few locks covering his left eye, which are highlighted a golden yellow. A small light blue four-pointed crystal with small silver wings etched out of raw diamond is embedded into his forehead. His eyes are different colors; the left is crimson, the right is silver. He has a black bodysuit covering his entire body, a sweater vest/pants combo, dark green in appearance with silver rings around the wrists, and dark blue armor padding over the torso, and chevron borders fused to the sides of his pants. Overlapping the clothing is a combat coat with swallow tails hanging from the bottom back of the black leather coat, strapped together by leather straps around the waist. An image on the back of the leather coat (which Sybur couldn't see) is a picture of a young girl with cyan long hair and silver eyes. He also wears stylish cybernetic armor boots similar to those of Samus Aran's bounty hunter armor, only jet black in color with green booster indents on the soles of the boots. He wore metal gloves over his hands, which the tips of the gloved fingers are small claws, lined with green and dark purple in appearance. A necklace attached to an old England pocket watch/locket hangs from his neck, which contained within is a photo of his lost love from his teen years. "... Sybur? I am David Leron Sekai, third top bounty hunter for the Galactic Federation." He looked at the alien, who clearly outsized him in height, but didn't back down. |

| Sybur just stared down at the figure in front of him. He took a small step forward then jumped over Sekai and aimed to land just behind him. In shock from the crash, Sybur aimed a heel drop kick at Sekai's head. Another unlucky thing, Sybur acted mainly on impulse, and his first impulse most of the time was to attack first, think later. | |||

| Damn it... was hoping for an explanation. Oh well... Quickly releasing that his now opponent's instincts are "Kill now, think later", he quickly rolled from the heel kick, summoned his Chozo Staff from sub-space, got back to his feet and swiped the air before him.
Almost instantly, Sybur will be burned by a high velocity line of flames that traced around him (unless he can escape in time). The attack he had just used is called Pugatorial Flame (Pugatorial Flame will deal extra damage to opponents who are evil). He had encountered several aliens like Sybur before -- the most majority of them were Space Pirates; but he isn't one to be taken lightly either. |

| Sybur is blasted back into the cliff wall. He lands hard on the floor, the back of his battle suit burnt black. Luckily it was resistant to flame, temperature and pressure. He kicked off the ground and, now hovering slightly above it, he flies at Sekai at a blinding speed, aiming two fist surrounded with Erumi Magic to increase the damage. "You shall die!"
Erumi Magic: Slightly explosive magic. It can be used in an extremely vast amount of ways. It an be in any form that matter can be in (Solid, liquid, gas, aquious), it can be of basically any temperature and it works as the basis of most of an Erumi's attacks. |

| A ball of multi-colored light suddenly appeared and surrounded Sekai just as Sybur's attack struck him full force. However, the technique just used is called Dragon Force. Dragon Force raised Defense and Magic Defense to a higher level.
Sekai still took damage, but it was less than it was originaly. He just shook his head to clear his mind, and glanced at Sybur while jumping far back from him. "Sonic Flash Wave!" Once landing, Sekai swung the sharper end of the Chozo Staff along the ground, sending a blinding shockwave along the ground towards his opponent. |

| Sybur flew up about 30 metres high, easily missing the shockwave. For a breif second his face looked as if he had realised he should not be doing what he is doing, until he felt a sharp pain in his head. | He slammed the beak of the staff into the ground, which wavered out a cold mist in the direction of Sybur. Stalagmites of cold ice will shoot from the ground mitliple times to impale the fighter.
In doing so of launching an Icy Terror attack, Sekai left himself open for his enemy's attacks which all collided with him full impact. With Dragon Force still in effect, the full brunt is reduced to half, but still... powerful enough to send him into the ground and also sending his Chozo Staff back into sub-space. Icy Terror will also have an effect of "spooking" or "terrifying" the opponent, but given Sybur's current mood, the secondary effect may not work easily. The only words that came to mind while Sekai tried to get up were, Damn...! |

| Sybur watches the ground as he flies, carefully and skillfully dodging the stalagmites as they shoot out. A single stalagmite took him off guard and scraped across his side, cutting clean through his battle suit and causing a slight gash across the side of his stomach. He fell to the ground, aiming his arms out to help cushion the fall. He pushed away as he hit the floor and managed to flip himself back upright. As he lands, he thrusts his hands into the ground, causing a large chunk of land under Sekai to fly upwards, closely followed by a large beam of Erumi magic. It smashes through the chunk of ground and flies at Sekai. | |||

| He got up as soon as the large chunk of earth was lifte dunder him, and he spin-jumped away before the large energy beam could demolish him.
He resummoned his Chozo Staff from sub-space, and it begun to faintly glow in a radiant energy. He was drawing in some of his Psi magic to launch a much more direct and powerful attack. Once landing, he immediatly went into defense by spinning around rapidly. By doing so, he's released thousands of tiny wisps of green energy; known as Pollen Wisp. What they will do is unknown... but Sekai is keeping his cool. Right now, Sekai is going into survival mode, much like Samus when she is attacked by swarms of enemies, which in Sekai's case is one powerful enemy. |

| "hmmmm" Zach thought to himself as he Examined his Sensor Records "a Subspace portal ... in this Sector ... also .a pod? ... hmmmm" he Remained Silent for little more than a second untill "Wha? Another Subspace portal?" while checking the Location of the Second SS Portal he found some Info on a Escaped Prisoner who went down in that area "hmmm nice bounty ...." He
puts his hand on his Grumbleing Stomache "Damn im hungry ... well ... better go get him ... before i starve" Zach enter the Coordinates into his Nav computer then a Voice Emerges from it "Now entering Warp .... ETA 2 minutes" ok he thinks, he rises from his chair and Dawns his long black Treanch coat with a Skull Emblem on the Lapel and Various Gadgets hidden within the lining of the Jacket ... he also picks up his Trusty XM-35 Pheonix Combat Pistol, his M-0 Sniper rifle and Combat knife "This should be enough" now all thats left tp do is wait |

| Sybur flies back a good distance, creating a thin barrier of Erumi Magic in front of him. He wasn't sure what the Pollen Wisp would do but he wasn't taking any chances. He aims both of his palms at Sekai and begins to gather Erumi Magic, this time a slightly different kind. 1 post until fully charged, then he can use it as much as he wants. He begins also to concentrate thoughts in his mind.
Sybur: "Remove yourself... Give... Me my... Body... Back..." His words echo in his mind. ???: "You can't resist 10 of us! Don't try!" |

| The computer lets out a small whiney voice "We have landed" Good zach thought, the ship has landed on a ridge above the crash site, as he exits Enviromental data is rushed to his Visor "good its breethable ... the damn helmit shure isnt" he removes the helmit revealing a handsome man with Blonde hair and blue eyes "now" he walks over to the ridge and observes the fight through the scope, but he spots a unknow target and scans it " .... Even after this battle begun there was this weird music playing from nowhere (18- Rockman X5 - Boss Theme.mp3), but doubting either alien or bounty hunter cared much about it. Sekai though hard about Sybur. He's seen this kind of behavior before when he once fought against an Omega Pirate. "Can't lose this battle," Sekai muttered to himself. He waved his Chozo Staff before him which glowed heavily with green Psi energy. "Ultima!" His eyes that were once closed snapped open as he thristed the wooden head of the staff forward. Suddenly, a green magical powder will begin to shower Sybur, which would heavily damage him. OOC2: Ultima - Two turns must pass before it can be used again. |

Zach cotinues to observe but he releaces the grip on his arm and puts it back on the rifle "so thats what made the portals ... the staff" Scans the staff with the scope "im getting readings on Chozo energy ... how did ..." then a shower of green particles starting to rain down onto sybur "what the ..." | (ooc: If you don't do anything productive to the battle, then leave. If your character is going to do something else other than sit there and analyse our characters poorly (I mean technically your character should never have even heard of my characters powers, yet somehow he's seen it before). Maybe do what most people feel "Sim Battle" menas and... well... battle. If you don't plan on battling buggar off!)
Sybur and the creatures controlling him do not know what to do to try to defend against this attack. He quickly releases a blast of Nega-Energy at Sekai, then moves the shield and causes it to go fully around him. Because he did not have charge time it didn't hold out too long, and soon broke. Whatever the stuff was, it was hurting Sybur bad. He was on his knees straining for breath after it finished. Even though Sybur was hating Sekai for his attack, he was kind of thanking him too. Whatever was controlling him was having trouble keeping in his mind. With the short amount of time he had before they regained control, he uttered two words, Sybur: "Help... Me..." Again his exp Nega-Energy - This is what Sybur was charging up. It can only be fired in short bursts (If it was fired any faster or larger the Erumi would lose power very quickly). When the beam touches an atom it is instantly removed from existance. Only few Erumi can perform this technique and it is not something that can be learnt. After the first 1 post charge, Sybur can use this whenever he wants, but only once a turn without damaging himself. |

Zach takes carful aim at Sybur "I wounder if a Stun round would down him ... well lets try" he clicks the small dial just under the scope to Stun and another dial closer to the butt to MAX "Say cheese Ugly" Zach pulls the trigger launches a bolt of energy from his rifles muzzle Straight twords syburs head, after the shot leaves the muzzle he jumps up and starts sliding down the ridge "HERE I COME!!" |

| "Shit!" Sekai brought his Chozo Staff before him as it pulsed heavily with a powerful aura. Although the aura draws its energy from his Psi magic, he managed to create a temporary forcefield. However it didn't do much but push him back with such force that he was soon sent flying into the air with some damage dealt to him.
He quickly landed on his feet, but almost fell onto his rear. He wa sbugging out, hearing the alien telling him to help him. He didn't know if it was a bluff, or if he was someone who had split personalities... or... anything else he could possibly explain on this current situation. He let out a yell as he slammed the blunt side of the staff onto the ground, sending lots of cracks to travel along the ground. Once finishing steam rose form the cracks, and quickly blankets the entire battlefield, obstructing BOTH views from Sybur, and himself. OOC: Mist - A thick shroud of fog blankets the entire battlefield, which gives the battlefield an eerie feel and can/could the adrenaline of both battlers. Side effect is it slightly increases damage from ice element attacks, and lowers damage from flame/fire attacks. Well, if your gonna be in the battle RFZ... whatever. |

| Sybur fires a blast of Nega-Energy at the bolts coming towards him, which should technically also fire towards Zach too. Sybur's senses were on hyperdrive now, having to locate two people trying to kill him.
When the fog spread across the battlefield, Sybur wasn't particularly bothered by it. He had witnessed much worse than this at home. He still now had to rely simply on his movement and life detection senses to locate both battlers, as an Erumi's eyes are useless for seeing through fog. He charges at Sekai, aiming two uppercuts at his chin, then after finishing this he fires a beam of Erumi Magic at Zach. |

| Sekai only channels his Psi magic (via performing a charge) as he summons a Shrapnel Bomb in his free hand and tosses it forward in front of him. The wisps of green energy -- Pollen Wisp -- are still present around him.
OOC: Pollen Wisp will only do minor damage, but since there's alot, it'll do mutiple damage for each one that collides with an opponent. As for Shrapnel, once exploding sends shrapnel shards out at ALL enemies on the field. |
