| OOC: This is a little Idea I entertained for a while, building it up and and working on it. I hope I don't step on anyone;'s toes or anything.
It wasn't even finished, and the station was already huge. The Solaris, the first of the SA-class Space Stations, was almost complete and ready for use. Looking out over the station from the command tower, the project manager was still in disbelief at the actual size of the station, even though it was his design from the start. Snipes: "Incredible... I never thought that my little daydreams would turn into this..." Looking back at the meeting that had started it all, Snipes was sure that it was more than dumb luck. In a library in Magnopolis, near his home, Snipes had been doodling designs for a small space colony to pass the time while waiting for something to happen. At that time, the owner of a large areonautical company had been in the building to escape from the media, and had walked by Snipes as he doodled. Looking over Snipes' shoulder, J. H. Richfart had recognized the designs and struck up a conversation. Over the course of a few more months, Snipes and Richfart had met and discussed the possibilities of the station, and it had culminated in this. Walking over to his desk, Snipes let out a little groan. THIS was the only part he didn't like when it came to his job: Sitting down. Snipes was a man of action, he didn't like to have to stop, even for a second. Bringing up the computer interface, Snipes loaded up the E-mail program and sent a message to his financier. "All's going well. The construction is slightly ahead of schedule, and the robot workers are doing fine. The idea of using human-controlled robots was great, thanks to that there have been no human or organic losses, only the damages to a few replaceable remote workers. Reactor 2's impeller shafts were repaired, and the AGP (Artificial Gravity Plating) in the main quarters is back online. Also, the damage caused from the shuttle crash has been mostly repaired. Luckily, the pilot was able to get to his escape pod before the shuttle's frame imploded. He's on his way back to earth in the shuttle that should be landing in a few minutes. I'll contact you again when the main engineering unit is online. Snipes out." Clicking the "Send" button, Snipes leaned back in his chair. A minute later, his desk-mounted comm unit chimed. Reaching over, Snipes hit the 'Accept' button. Snipes: "Yes?" Voice through comm unit: "Sir, the main structural subsystems in the enginerring unit are complete. Approval to commence pressurizing?" Snipes mentally checked off a list of what had already been confirmed done. Satisfied that all procedures had been followed, he gave his approval. "Yes, Pressurize at once. Following that, check for any leaks or stress points." VTCU: "Yes, sir." This was good, Snipes hadn't expected the pressurizing to begin for another hour. Soon, installation of the computer and monitoring systems in the Engineering unit could be started. When this station was completed, thought Snipes, he'd be more than happy to disappear for a while until the media frenzy died down. At that moment, Snipe's door rang. Snipes: "Come in." OOC: For anyone interested in joining, I'm going to need some protagonists and some antagonists. I have a pretty good idea where I want this to go, you if you are a protagonist, you work security in the statiopn. Antagonists, state that you're an antagonist and I'll PM you with your role. Lastly, until I say so, the antagonists are thought to be Protagonists. Oh, and I need a protagonist to come through that door. EDIT: So if you're a protagonist, just place yourself somewhere in the completed areas of the station (at this moment only the command module). | Through the door walks a tall man (6' flat) he walks upto snipes desk, he is wearing a long black Trench coat with Insignias indicating hes high rank in Security, he also has a Antique M16a2 rifle slung over his shoulder with Evidance of just being fired
"Sir! Liutenet Zachery Roberts Reporting in" Zach stands Erect as he Salutes and pulls a Small pad from his pocket and hands it to Snipe "Most Security issues have been adressed quickly but we are short on Armorments for the Security Teams, Currintly all we have on this station is this Rifle and a Few Pistols i am requesting that we Acquire some more as soon as Possible .. i will also need a Temporary room to use as a firing Range for Training" he stands still and waits for snipes responce as he Examines the Report Ooc: ... just FYI my comp wont let me on Acmlms so i have to use my parents comp so my Posting capabilitys are Limited |

"Thank you sir" Zach salutes and walks twords the door, it opens but he doesnt pass through ... then he turns around and looks at snipes "me and some of the men are gonna be have a Poker game tonite at about.." he looks at his Digital watch "at about 9:30 .... would you care to join us, get to meet the men who work to defend this place ... not just know them as Security but know them as the people they are" he stands there with a smile on his face "Meet in the Cafateria if your interisted" he leaves Commander snipe with those words OOC: so ... how am i? I have a coupple of experiments in my room that in the rong hands could be verry dangerious so i installed the best security measures to my lab to keep it safe. What is in my lab is a coupple of moddified weapons that could probbably destroy a city if used wright but i keep the ammo on me at all times. The ammo is also custim made. *Gets up and starts for his room unholstering one of his Desert Eagles* Vlad "hhm... I wonder what set off the alarm?" Upon arriving at Vlad's room Sgt. Stormes and Lt. Roberts see two things one a fried human body and two the vault where the weapons were held is open. Thankful Vlad says "Luckfully they didn't search the vault too well" *He goes to a compartment, enters the password, opens it up, takes out two weapons, and hands one to Lt. | Underneath the station a small figure in a spacesuit attached itself to the underside of the station. A door opened up and the figure slipped in. When the door shut, it let air in and set gravity in play for the small creature in the suit. The next door to the underside's hallway to the command tower opened up. The figure waddled in the suit a bit through the hallway until noticing an airvent. It took off the suit to reveal a dinosaur-resembling creature only about a foot and a half high.
"This is it then?" Alzo walked to the wall with the airvent at the top. He jumped up and held on to the covering, yanking it out of place and slamming it onto the floor of the station. He pulled himself in and began walking down the vent. "According to this map, the reactor is... on the other side." The station was big. He hated this fact. However, he was on a mission, therefore he had his mind set. Although on a mission, he wanted this to be the biggest prank out there, even if it was a bit deadly. He pulled out a flashlight once the vents began to fork and whatnot, but he knew he could get through here undetected... until he set the first explosion to begin Operation Rival Companies, which Alzo referred to as his Ultimate Prank. |

| Upon reaching the halfway point, Alzo decided to rest against the wall of the ventway. After a few seconds he began to hear speech. Startled, he crawled to the airvent cover and peeked out to see a card game going on. "Heh. This will be easy for me."
He sniffed some air and felt a cough coming along from a burning smell. He tried to hold it in but a faint squeaky cough came out. He covered his mouth and waddled away from the ventway slowly, as to not cause more noise. Hopefully the crew will think it was a rat. Then it dawned on him. Why would the crew bring rats to an unfinished station? After walking back a bit he turned around and walked slowly, hoping that he won't get anymore attention from that room. |

Being a reploid, Snipes was usually quite alert, and heard the squeak noise. "Did you guys hear that? It sounded like a rat in the air vent... This is supposed to be a clean station..." Reaching onto his belt, Snieps pulled out a walkie-talkie. "Engineering? Yeah, can you do a thorough sweep of the ventiliation system in the command module for signs of life? I heard what sounded like a rat. Thanks." OOC: Mean, I know. but snipes has to follow protocol, and who says the sensors will work properly? |
