| I remember being scared of the re-deads in LoZ:OT...
The royal crypt freeked me out, having those things jump you. Then again I thought the glowing goo was an auto kill... After awhile, I tried going through the goo, and found it hardly did any damage whatsoever, so I got to the other side, learned the sun's song and laughed at the turned-to-stone re-deads. Then when I got to the shadow temple, I freeked out 
Of course I was 8-10 years old, so meh. I think I still get a few chills playing Metroid Prime (I don't have Echos), well At least deep in the game where noplace is safe
...I think this topic is turning into a "Video game fear sympothy" topic... |

| My big fear at one time: The forest temple for LoZ:OoT. I got creeped out by the wallmasters grabbing me and taking me back to the entrance when I wasn't expecting it. the music never helped much either. 'Course I was a little kid at that point. | |||

| Honestly, first time I ever saw a re-dead, I shat myself out of fear. I was about 11 at the time, so it was understandable. The scream scared me more than anything else.
Now, it's Regenerators. And I feel as though that's highly justified. I have no ammo left, and just a knife, I'm not going to live through that. And I hear their nasty brathing..."Heieheiheiheiheiheiha...." Freaked me out. Still does to an extent, but not as bad now that know how to bring 'em down easily. |

| Yeah, when I was posting the Redead pics I was thinking to myself "They don't even approach scary. Without the moan, the scream, and the dead lurch, they've got nothing."
The ones in Majora's Mask weren't scary at all, even when I was young and played the game for the first time. There's no creepy moan, you don't fight them until you get the gibdo's mask, and... Other reasons. Gibdos just aren't creepy at all. I think they're weaker than redeads, too... And what's scarier, bandages or a corpse? |

| Yano, I just had a dream today, that I was playing through a, literally, hellish tank level. What made it different is that the cannon turrets actually move, and by move I mean shift around, aim at you, raise and lower, and all that crazy stuff. Also it was a huge tank, so it was autoscrolling everywhere. And basically I wish I could replicate what had happened.
....So I torture this poor pathetic soul.  |

| Eh, when I was five, I was afraid of castle levels.
But I played them anyway. Pretty much got over it by 2-4 in SMB... XD Now, I fucking love castle levels. Especially NSMB's, what with the kickass music and such. (I was five okay  of course you're gonna have odd fears at such a young age.) |
