| There are hundreds upon thousands of documents on hacking pokemon games.
It's the second most hacked series next to Mario. First, thumb through the sticky threads at the top of the board. Secondly, go read the posts on this board, and the board's archive (Link in the 'Display Case'). Thirdly, get out some utilities like Elitemap or whatever and just experiment. Your first hacking attempts won't be dramatically awesome. Hell, my first hack was to change the name of a CO Power in Advance Wars. That's just changing several text characters. Fourthly, make backups. ALWAYS make backups. It's all just a matter of spending time tinkering with things. |
