You're best to really minimize both coffee and soda really. Coffee cause of the caffeine, and soda cause of the sugar. Where possible, stick with water and fruit juices.  If you don't like the taste of plain water, it's sometimes nice if you squeeze a little lemon juice in with it. |

But yeah, the common misconception about eggs is that they're full of cholesterol, which is bad for you. The thing is, they're right and wrong at the same time -- eggs are full of cholesterol, but it's not bad for you -- there are good and bad cholesterols, and eggs are full of the GOOD one that helps unclog your arteries. 
Eggs are good WITH coffee (ie, bacon and eggs, and a coffee to drink) but not IN it, I'm sure.
Speaking of gross things in coffee, I squirm every time I hear that line in The Simpsons about Homer having butter in his coffee. |

I've only seen one thing being put into coffee aside from milk, cream or sugar... ice cream. 
Some people swear by it as a dessert, but... I don't. |
