I can barely remember the last time it snowed from where I live. Let me think, the last time it snow was around this time of year when I was in seventh grade which means it's been almost three years since it last snowed. As for rain, it rained yesterday for the first time in 6 months and it happened during happy hour and I didn't notice the rain till after I left the house due to all the craziness happening at the board.

It never snows here. I've been in snow only 2 or 3 times in my life... once when I was too little to enjoy it, and only got pelted -continually- with snowballs by my brother. It sort of snowed a little bit when I went to Washington 2 years ago, but... it was like a sprinkle.
When I went up there this past Thanksgiving, it snowed about 6 inches, and I really enjoyed that.

But I do really really love rain, I'd be happy with either one.

Lately, when I've been craving snow, I've been going up to the mountain and snowboarding. I've gone three times in this winter season

Rain and 50 degree weather in Illinois all week. I like that better.

Aw, poor Danielle.

It´s pretty cold in our house too but it´s not really a big deal for me. We usually have it at 68 degrees F.

Rain... eh. I like rain in the winter when it melts away snow, then hate it several hours later when it turns the sidewalks/streets into a figure skating rink.

Light rain's fine. I get really ticked when the sheets of rain start pouring down on you, even if it's only for 2-3 minutes as most downpours are.

Considering that you live in the middle of nowhere, I´m not surprised.

I´d also love rain if I lived in a desert.

Maybe I'm weird, but extreme forms of weather fascinates me. Such as heavy rain (as long as I don't have to be out in it, I don't like getting soaked. ), strong wind, and thunderstorms.

Thunderstorms is something we get way to little of around here. You know, I'm lucky if I get to see ONE lightning once a year.

We discuss the weather way to little on these forums.

Rain? Probably my second favorite weather condition; it's quite refreshing at any time of the year. As long as it isn't ridiculously heavy.

And aren't we forgetting arguably the most dangerous form of precepitation, hail? Somehow, as long as it isn't causing any damage (IE: not the size of marbles, golf balls, or something bigger), it's pretty cool.

(that's right, no tongue face for you)

Not only did I miss happy hour again, but also I found out that when you sell an item you don’t get what you paid for it.

It wasn't quite hail, but I had some ice pellets blow into my face a few weeks ago walking home from school. Those things sting even though they're tiny grains.

Oh, remember those Shrek M&M's that were big and came out a year or so ago? Well... they're back, minus the Shrek branding and still with the ugly colors. Sooooooo good.

No Colin, I haven't heard of those kind on M&Ms before, but your telling me of them has intrigued me greatly. Tell me more.

And while we're on the subject of weather, my weather channel just reported that there is going to be heavy snowfall; 10-20 centimeters; throughout tonight.

I don't remember those. Were they like a Canada only thing?

I live in Henderson, yes.

It's the middle of nowhere weather-wise. We get rain once every few months.

We have two seasons. "over 100", and "under 100". Both take up equal amounts of time.

Did I mention the average tempature will be over 105 this summer, and our power rates may double? I hate this place.
