My spring break is drawing to a close. Next week, I go back. I must say, I'm going to miss posting on the boards late at night and watching The Price is Right.

April 13th? That is true lunacy! Skydude, I think you may have hit the nail on the head there. I never heard of Spring Break being that late before. It's always in March or late February from who I've heard from.

My school has no religious affiliation. Generally, Spring Break always includes Easter in or around it, to avoid kids missing school.
That's how mosts schools in my area are, I'm surprised to see it's so late compared to other places in the country/world.

I'm in a Catholic University.

So it is to my understanding that the reason our break is late is because of Easter and such.

I don't mind.

Because as soon as I come back from Spring Break, I only have two weeks of school then, a week break. Then two days of finals. After that. Sweet sweet summer break.

it is the same in norcal as well. Before I made it to college, my break always hovered around easter.

That's rather odd that the places in that area are like that, and few others other than the religiously-affiliated ones.

My break is so placed largely because we're on quarters, and that's kind of the natural place to put it because of that.

On a totally random note, tell me if this layout is any better then my brambles layout. It uses a background from the same game (DCK2), except it tiles better. Also, the table is 75% wide instead of 70% now.

I would post this in my layout thread, but it'd be a bump and more people look in this thread anyway.

Okay you people make no sense at all.

First off you say 'the white' burns yet one of you has white in their layout (In a even more terrible form than mine)

Plus it's white. Like I said. Boring. Simple. I fail to see how it can 'burn'. Surely, I am aware that white is the dominant color in my layout but it isn't even close to the odd combination of colors people have in terrible layouts.

The Red Snifit: Maybe the whole burning eyes thing.Probably has to do with yours.

To spite you people I feel like making the entire layout bright pink.

Edit: Wait. Why am I even caring what you two think anyway? It's not like your opinion holds no value for me anyway. I wasn't the one asking for opinions on the layout. I simply pointed mine out. I'll heed the suggestions when it comes from a more reliable source. kthx
