8, 10... doesn't make much difference and I think 10 online would be a little TOO chaotic.

I never got to mess around with that mode. I was more a fan of just watching the explosions and seeing how many tanks I could KO with one shot. Chains rule.

Iīd appreciate if someone could send me the 1.5 version of Scorched Earth. Donīt have any fileplanet account either.

Will be fun to try this game again. I just hope it wonīt screw up because my computer is fast.

Yeah, I read that on the Scorched Earth 2000 thread.

"Scorched Earth 1.5 is still available for download over the internet, but if your computer is using the latest version of Windows, you may have difficulty getting it to run."

Well, OF COURSE. I`ll have to run it in dosbox then. I think Iīll stop posting in this thread for a little while as I donīt want to be back-and-forth posting too much.

DOSBox is probably your safest bet for a lot of things, actually... I've been playing some SWOS recently on it at full speed.

The vast majority of DOS games I have seem to run on DOSBox, which at least still gives some of these floppies a practical use.
