Okay, so I hate OW palette editing, and I finally fixed my OW palettes to be as close to right as I can get them without majorly messing the colors up. I noticed a problem however, the shaded part of the border turned orange. Damn, that sucks!, I thought, but then I said, meh, no big deal, I'll just change the rest of the border's colors (On palettes 1 and 2) to match it and it'll be OK. My problem is in the picture below (The non-orange box around mario.)

2 questions:

1. Where's the color (palette #) to fix this?

2. This got me thinking, and I remembered in some hack I played that the border was different. What GFX file has the border's GFX in it?

It looks more like a dead dolphin covered in paint than a ship.

He's using the... Super eagle(?) filter in ZSNES. Alastor, I agree, that does look like a dead dolphin, with it's belly up

Okay, so I fixed the palette problem. 'With the rest of layer 3 graphics'...... Can you please tell me the GFX file #?
About the shipwreck...... Yeah, I know, it's not the right colors exactly, but hey, it's about the best I could get it without destroying half the other colors in my OW. Like I said, I suck ass at OWpalette editing. Well, it could be a lot worse. I'm going to try to make it better, but I seriously believe my futile attempts would just be a waste of time; although I seem to have a lot of it at the present, so like I said, I'll try to fix it up. Now, about that GFX file #..........

It seems to me that someone here is playing on a crappy emulator, or doesn't know about filtering. So I'll explain it: Get a new emulator, set the filtering to 2xSuperSai(Kreed), and the game will look not only as good as that pic, but even better. Better still than on a real SNES! Usually only works well in fullscreen.
