...Alice, POW! To the moon! (had you for a second o.-. I couldn't resist stuffing that reference in here with an opening like that)

... my body is just going to get fed up and start beating the crap out of me for never going to bed when I should and need sleep.

How many of you don't do what you know is good for you? For me it's sleep. For anyone else it could be... apples. Or never drinking just pure water as a beverage. I actually have quite a few of these little annoyance, but at the moment the worst is consistent sleep.

I do this lack of sleep thing all the time and end up having one of the most erratic sleeping patterns I've ever seen. You could say I've had a rather cushy life style for the last year or so. There have been times where I'd get tired around, say... 8pm, intend to fall asleep as if I were going to bed, wake up at 12am or even 1am, be unable to sleep for a long ass time, and eventually go to sleep again around 8am and wake up at 4pm. Or soemthing smiliarly wacky. If you are particularly self indulgent about your sleeping habits, shaking out of this kind of terrible sleeping schedule is rather hellish. So yeah. I'd say before long my prediction might bear some fruit. Anyway, this isn't at all to say I'm asking for help on how to fix it. That's really just an amount of effort. Hell, I should be ashamed that I let myself get away with so much. So it goes.

I know what you mean. You toss your body around, scratch your face irratably, and wake up at an odd hour wondering what century you're in. Then you go back to sleep and reapeat the same subconscious routine. Most of the time when it happens to me, I don't dream of anything, I lose my appetite from a sour stomach, I get a nasty taste in my mouth, my throat hurts, I get sweaty chills, I scratch myself to high hell. It's very irrelevant to me, somehow I pull myself together. I don't know how but try to stay up for a few hours during the day.

I think I sleep to little aswell. I can be awfully tired in school. Today, I almost fell asleep during a math lesson.

And after the LAN party I was on recently, I got sick afterwards because of the lack of sleep. I was home from school the whole week.

So sleep is important. But I´m a night person.

My sleeping pattern is a bit radical too. I go to bed at 12.30am on weekdays and wake up at 8.30am for college. I go to bed at 4am on weekends and get up at around 12 mid-day. Doesn't bother me much

I don't workout. I really should, I have been getting slower and lazy but I can't find motivation to do so.

Also my eating habits. Lately I have been skipping breakfast. I tend to go more than 10 hours without eating even though I should eat, once again I simply am too lazy to get up and make something.

And for last, studying/doing work. I know that by studying/doing school work/etc I would get a higher grade and a better gpa average but I tend to look the other way when work is thrown to my face. I complain about my gpa yet I do jack shit to improve it.

Though I am working on fixing these problems. So yeah...

Skipping breakfast...

Which has probably worked out better in the long run, oddly enough

Either way... I just lack overall motivation to do stuff... yeah.

I don't have a very good diet.. I don't eat enough veggies, and I drink too much soda. I just hope that it won't kill me in the future.
I walk about 2 miles 3 days a week, and run a mile once a week. But that's all the exercise I get. I should really do more of that, too.
