Yup, I shot it on the first level intentionally. Just for fun. 
I got to level 14 or something, and it showed the "start" button twice, and tricked me. then I lost concentration. |

there must be a bug or something, but I just click on the start button and the puppy get automatcely shooted before I can do anything

I would have beat it on my first try, but the first three times I didn't know I couldn't move my mouse, and the fourth time my "kill the pop-up" instincts got me on Level 3.
