| Is it possible to change the overall position of the entire sttus bar....
For example I want it on the bottom of the screen (like in SMB 3 ), instead of on the TOP . |

| this would probably take a crapload of ASM, smb3 use some sort of HDMA-like stuff(different PPU data for a certain scanline) for his status bar, while smw use layer 3, the closest you could have is the one in SMA4 (edited by Bio on 05-29-06 05:05 PM) |

| SMB3 used scanlines because it didn't have another layer to use. Making SMW do the same would take some ASM, but not a whole lot; you could still use layer 3. The big problem is with layer 3 water, windows etc. | |||
