Including this, I have nine posts.

And I regged on 12-20-05.

About a post a month. Woo.

If I keep up this pace, I'll have 5000 posts in the year 2268.

Your behavior lately (including making this thread) contradicts your thread's title.

Lurk moar and you will be able to rightly claim that title. Remember: lurkers don't post. lurkers don't make threads. Lurker : Message Board :: Voyeur : Voyeur Porn. 2 + 5 = 9

I still remember someone on the most recent version of the board that had been registered for ~400 days before even making an introduction post Sure, that's only a year and a bit, but it was the longest I'd seen at that point. Sure, there's a good chance that there were people that lurked for even longer before posting, but that's the only one that comes to mind

Anyways, not to sound mean, but from my point of view, you're more of an inactive poster rather than a lurker. You could only fall into the latter category if you hadn't posted at all yet, which obviously isn't the case

I think it's typically defined by long periods of inactivity only broken up by occasional (single) posts, but while in the inactive periods still reading the board actively. Most non-posters wouldn't qualify since they tend to stop reading the board.

Also, as far as I'm concerned, trying to draw attention to how much you DON'T post is rather silly, to say the least.

Speaking of lurkers, here I am.

Hi.

A friend of mine, Bloodstar, keeps pestering me to post here more often. BUT I SHALL NOT LET THIS HAPPEN. I shall be the KING of all lurkers.

Crap, I didn't just ruin my reputation as a totally awesome lurker, did I?

Oh well.

Anyway, to make this post feel less like a spammy introduction post, I used to be an active poster with like around 50 posts on one of the older incarnations, but for the longest time I was even a lurker with 3 posts on that one. I typically think a lurker is defined as someone who reads much more than they post.

Now, I'm going to go back to being a lurker probably... unless someone can actually give me incentive to post more often

Yeah; the first post describes me pretty much; I read all the time, just don't post.

Oops; 11.
