| I am planning to get the Wii as soon as I can, there are several games on it that interest me,
The PS3.... the price is insane, but once it drops some, I'll pick it up. The Xbox360, I'm not sure about this one enough to vote for it. I mean there are probably 2 or 3 interesting games on it, but I'm just not sure. |

| Im getting the wii mostly because of the
games and because im a fanboy  .
Im getting Zelda:Twilight Princess and maybe Need For Speed carbon I really dont know what game will I play first (most likely Zelda )
I have been waiting for Zelda since 2004 so is about time it comes out, but I have a dilema on how to buy the wii as I posted in a thread here earlier. |

| HAHAHA! Yes! The Sixaxis controller's defects easily make the ps3 very suck. And in recent news I'm sure you people have heard about the disadvantages:
-It's super light- feels like it will fly right out of your hand -Uncomfortable-nothing improved from previous models -No vibration(old news) -Rechargeable battery stops working after a point -Is 50 bucks. 10 bucks less than a wiimote+nunchuck and is simply inferior to its nintendo counterpart. Sony is already in massive losses and even if a lot of people want their system and are ready to pay a lot for it, they can't keep up with demand. And in previous generations, the initial console versions break after like 2 years. My NES is still in working order. |

| Okay simple question folks, it's about the ride, not about the horsepower here, m'kay???
MS Xbox 360 = Gates' Empire military transport truck Sony PS3 = 18 Wheeler (Trailer loaded with DRM'd goods) Nintendo Wii = Nice Luxury Sedan w/ V6 and loaded with features Both the Xbox and the PS3 have way more horse power. The PS3 can haul more goods, but the Xbox can take a heaftier beating. You are only taking yourself, your significant other (or family), and a couple of suitcases for a gentle cruise on the countryside. With the Wii, you'll get a much more enjoyable ride, superior handling, CVS transmission, stellar acceleration, great fuel economy, AC, a passenger seat that really tilts back, full surround sound, movies for the kids, etc. So if you just want to haul a bunch of stuff and  your horn, then get a PS3 or Xbox.
But if you want a quality experience on the highway, get the Wii. Case closed.  |

Xbox 360: meh... why? when there is PS3 and Wii.... PS3: Well... there are only a few titles that make this system anything special, maybe Final fantasy, GTA series, Metal gear, and really they do not really have any other stuff that's just "so awesome"... I'll buy one when it drops waaaayy down. Wii: Nintendo has had a past of not releasing as much titles as it's rivalries, and also housing a lot of games that lean towards the "kid" side, but I would have to say the wii is still the way to go good titles to come. Nintendo has: Mario games, Pokemon games, Zelda games, Metroid games, Kirby games, Smash Bros being it's own now..., Fire Emblem, and much more like Project Hammer and a few other Nintendo-made chracters/games. am i a fan boy? ...well if the game is fun then that's all that matters to me.... |

| Xbox 360: I've already given Microsoft enough money. I care about games, though; and guess what? Many of the games for this console appear to also be... on the PC. Hm... and I have a good PC... well. Technically I 'have' a Microsoft 'console', but it's a PC. Anything not on there hopefully would be released for another console.
PS3: I thought, seriously, about buying it. I mean, I never had a PS2, and wanted to play Sonic Next without buying a console entirely for that game alone. Then the whole Sony stuff attacks me... jeh. I'm sorry, but I can't afford it; maybe when it comes down into my price range. Wii: Buying by default, having been with Nintendo consoles about since Sega really fell apart in the hardware area. However I am not entirely enthusiastic about it; I'm wondering what sort of damage repetitive swinging motions can do to the arm, and of course there's a question of how long it will last (see: My melted Gamecube). It should be good, but I wouldn't call it the holy grail for this generation. I'm generally jaded, when it comes to consoles. I want the games; who cares what they're on, as long as you can afford them? |

| I'm not suggesting this to anyone here ... but I'd have no idea how people could get excited, or even warrent an interest in buying the PS3 at launch. Ugliest launch title lineup I've ever seen.

| Not to mention the GTA is not a PS3 exclusive anymore, not even at launch. Another exclusive that is gonna hurt Sony is Assassin's Creed, it will also be available for the Xbox 360. | |||

| I'd consider it if maybe MGS4 were coming out at launch, but its not. And like you're saying, they're losing a lot of the exclusives (exclusives thesedays? lawls).
Not like I'm anti-Sony, or PS3 here or anything. I'll more than likely get one sometime down the road, but as its looking now that could be a very long road. |

Well, I've finally voted in this silly poll. And I voted for XB360. Why? Because its the console that I wanna get this year. Mainly for Dead Rising.  I mean, come on, you get to put on ServBot's head and kill zombies. Plus, I've already gotten a year's worth of XBox Live for free and I should be getting Gears of War for free next week.
Sure, I want to get a Ps3 for Metal Gear and FF13, but those games are not even out yet, so I can wait. Plus, I really don't care for the Blu Ray player, I just wanna play the games. Wii? Well, I actually had two chances to get a Wii. One I got a Zune instead and two, well, I just said no and that we could wait. The only games that I would like to play right now are Rayman and Trauma. |

Anya: Just be sure you have an HD-TV. Text is next to impossible to read on normal TV's for Dead Rising, and there's no way to change it or fix it. I really don't like not being able to read "everything" and because of that I haven't touched that game in months.  |

Besides, I have way too many games and systems atm to worry about getting a Wii, that, I can get later on, no rush for me. I'm not going to buy a system unless I know I'll have the time to spend with it. And with me working 50+ hours a week, playing FF12 and trying to get some time in on City of Heroes, I just don't have that said time. So, I got a Zune. Chris likes to listen to talk radio and I hate it, so I get to listen to what I want to, so the Zune is being used and if I get that XB360...even better. |
