The anthropomorphic lynx hopped to where Vivian was, and scooped her up into his arms. He let out a small growl right before leaping onto a house. He ran across the rooftops until he finally leapt into the dark forest. |

| Oni: The steeple. I think the problem might be fixed there.
Oni's incredible speed allowed the two to move right past any Heartless problems. Infact, they were almost at the run down mansion. |

| Troy slowly rose out of the tall grass. Yami sat on top of his head, gumming it. The first thing that caught his eye as he rubbed mud off a growing welt on his forehead was a flustered Kirby.
Troy : Okay, dude, besides the fact that you need to tell this thing that turtles are not food in the civilized world, I'd like to know who our couch potato's friend was and which of you three has the nerve to throw sharp objects at me. | Mel stumbled witlessly after the group. Smithy immediately put a hand on his shoulder, and turned him around - setting him traveling towards Twilight Town's exit, rather than away from.
MEL: What are we doing again? SMITHY: We're chasing after.. Uh. MEL: ? SMITHY: Actually, I have no idea who we're chasing after. Unbeknownst to Oni, neither Mel nor Smithy could see him. Mel had actually seen Vivian with her katana, mistaken her for one of her sisters through his drunken vision, and immediately opened fire, assuming she and Kirby were fighting. |

Grey pushed his DS back into his vest as he strode up to the group with a can of soda in his free hand. He stared blankly at Kirby before following along in file. "Why're we going after him? He doesn't seem so bad a guy, and the town's already safe... The last thing we need is another set of enemies." Grey's tone took on a griping nature as he trundled, but with the soda keeping his brain sugared, he seemed sedate for the time being. |

The flooring was in terrible condition, as were the walls. There was debris laying all over. The only thing that seemed somewhat clear was on the second floor. All the trash were either pushed towards the walls, or knocked down to the first floor. |

Oni felt anger swelling inside of him. He roared as he sent a fist into the wall. Coincidently, the feline "treasure hunter" caused a door on the second floor to make a creaking sound. Oni: Please tell me that we're back on track with the cliched stuff. Oni took a deep breath, trying to push away his anger. He breathed out and then proceeded to walk up the stairs. |

Grey stood in front of Kirby's path and blocked his way. He had had enough of it at this point... "Some chick with a sword? I dunno if you were paying attention or not, but we kicked that particular chick's buddies' asses three and four times up and down the street about a week and a half ago! You're going about this acting like a weakened, cursed furry version of yourself who has an incompetent ninja under his wing is some kind of grand villain that's going to become an epic hinderance for us at a vital point in our quest later on!" He rubbed his eyes with his forefinger and thumb, pushing his glasses out of the way exasperatedly. "That may be how things work in RPGs and comic books and stuff, but this is life we're talking about here. You've got some more important goals to consider right now!" |

Woman: Ugh... Why do we have to guard this stupid thing? Man: Just be patient. This promises to be plenty profitable for us. Woman: I'm aware. It's just annoying. And why is it humming even more now? Man: Who knows.... Woo, Critical Hit! Woman: It's not very effective, idiot. |

| However, the two were too preoccupied with the Krabby to answer right away. After knocking it over with a broom and hitting its underside with the handle, knocking it unconscious, they noticed Vivian and Oni.
Man: Wha-!? Who are you? Woman: We haven't seen no cat-person like him before. Man: Well... There was that one time... 
Woman:  Yes, but that wasn't him.
Man: No, it definitively wasn't a him...
Oni gave a low growl as he slowly approached the pair. Oni: Do you guys even pay attention? Or.. Wait, the machine. You said it's humming more. Man: Yeah, it started making more noise a while ago- Woman: WHY ARE YOU TELLING HIM THAT! Man: D'oh! Oni: It's gotta be that machine! The cat-man walks over to the loudly humming machine, which looks like a kitchen cabinet with a glowing keyboard mounted on top. A pole extended out the back of the machine, which were connected to three LCD monitors. Man: Hey, get away from there! |
