I recommend "SMB3 Map Editor".
It's a windows program. Not the MS-DOS.

I also downloaded M3I.EXE (Mario Home Improvement or something???)
It's supposed to be a DOS level maker for SMB3. But since it's in DOS I really can't understand anything in there *confused* Isn't there a more clarifying Windows level maker?
