| Hey. I joined these boards in 2003 (back when the website was at http://acmlm.overclocked.org/board - my old username was "thesubrosian"), and mostly lurked the boards. Half of my posts were in the SMW boards commenting on someone's hack, while the rest went to general gaming, brain teasers, etc. I don't know if anyone remembers me, but if anyone does, let me know.

I knew that this was just the CSS property "text-transform" so I changed my header to adapt to it -I learned that you could use javas Now, I'm 14 and once again I've become interested in...well, exploring the World of ROM Hacking. I'm planning to learn some ASM and get a bit more serious about designing romhacks instead of playing around with Lunar Magic as I have been doing, previously. I've made several SNES simfiles as well as songs for Ragnarok Online, since that's what I've been playing throughout the years 
One of them was a ridiculously hard notechart for one of the songs in Kirby Super Star - one of the Great Cave Offensive songs that was a remix of Green Greens - which went to EVERY beat in the song. It's kind of easy now, though... Also, I've been playing ITG, and made several edits, until the patch for custom songs came out...heh. Thanks Hiryuu. I'm planning to frequent and post on these boards more often now. |

| Hello. I'm MaxKnight. I decided to join here since the environment seems much friendlier than that of most other boards of this type. I've got a degree in programming, unfortunately earned in 2004, before Microsoft updated all of the software. Now I'm relearning Visual BASIC in order to get myself reacquainted with all the new features put into Visual Studio 2005.
I'm actually working on a VB program that is designed to simulate the NES game Dragon Warrior, though I'm hitting roadblocks as far as formulae are concerned. I've compiled a comprehensive list of stats and such for the player and monsters, but nothing much more than layouts and the like for the actual game. Anyways, I'm hoping I may get some help, and maybe share some data that I've found. My main concern right now is figuring out how to read the disassemblies I've made of Dragon Quest and Dragon Warrior. |

| hey! so first off i should tell you that when i have 3 or more things to say i arrange them by putting numbers for them.... just take a look below as i point out a few things...
1: i use different laughs... like the following! 1a: instead of "hehehehhehe" i use "blehehhehehhe" 1b: bwuhahahahhahah! (but thats not as different..) 1c: blahahahhahah!!! 2: i use dots too much when i type.... blehehehhehe... 3: I'm new! (well thats kind of obvious....) 4: I'm sorry if my typing is bad... i do very good sometimes but other times.... 
5: i don't care if I'm insulted... in fact i like to see what insults people know! no joke! 6: i hope i don't cause ANY problems here! 7: i also hope i can learn more when I'm here!! 8: i wont post much because I'm very busy... and 9: if i make a mistake in spelling (or whatever) tell me and ill correct the mistake! thats about it! hello and i hope i enjoy being here! |

i could definitely be an avid rom-hacker if the programs were simple enough to use, but since it requires a somewhat deep knowledge of programming i dont know as if i would have the time.
