The stripes on Zebras are used to make them blend together with each other(not with the background), to be more specific.

Highest is supposedly 24 Hz, but for a lot of people it's also possibly 72 Hz (if there's no motion blur/ etc), depending on what source you base it on.

EDIT: Changed the Zebra thing from blend together to blend together with each other.

Sorry, I was lazy. Human vision is about 24 FPS, so NightKev gets that.

Zebra stripes are meant for them to blend together, confusing predators like lions, so Skreename gets that.

Also, lets hope the table doesn't look awful on my somewhat-improved layout.

If you have layouts turned off and won't turn 'em on to see what it looks like, This is the image I'm talking about. In my layout, it also says that the BG is taken from Bubsy: Claws Encounters of the Furred Kind, and made to work with tileing so it doesn't look awful.
