I completely agree. however I think these two points are worth noting:

Curiousity is seeing the URL says "BAN ME"

Stupidity is clicking it.

I checked the URL first thing I saw it. I saw the BAN ME in it and I left it alone. Like seeing if it's a trap. Better than walking into a trap.

I suppose, in the people's defense, most of the links that have "ban" in the title make it APPEAR that you're banned, not actually causing it to happen... Meaning, of course, that this was a bit of a departure from the norm. Of course, I think the whole "Do not click the link" warning would be a good reason to not click the link, but... that's just me.

Also, for some reason, the bugzapper didn't look very much like a bugzapper to me. But the mouseover made that part very clear to me.
