Some of those features are either pointless or are already in the board.... IE email... whats wrong with PMs? Board IM why cant you just use a messenger, same with chat. And photo album as well.

OK, here are the reasons for the "improvements"

Board chat rooms:
adding ones for admins, mods, owners
possible email:
some people dont have email or just dont use and its only for board members
Board IM:
somepeople dont have IM or just dont use it and its only for board members
Myspace profile with photo album:
I dont care for the current one and i would like all the members of a board to have there own plus i like the myspace profile.

Again the chat thing is pointless...

And whats with the Email thing? The board has PM's built in it. And if they wont use aim express what makes you think they will use that?

and as far as your email thing goes you mean like....

randy53215@acmlm.org?

Because I doubt you even have a host that provides a ton of email services....

It may be better to have a complete administration panel and auto-install.

I don't think a chat room is a bad idea, a chatroom for all online members to talk...

RPG is built-in, but it is good to have shops, items, maps, characters, job/class, and item using, player vs player, and skill points, minigames like those popular massively multiplayer online role-playing games like MU Online or RagnaröK Online.

I don't think everyone use Myspace, they may use Blogger, Wordpress, MSN Spaces, Tagworld, or whatever.

Board IM is pointless, because users actually knows how many PMs in their inbox each time they check main page. And also, web-based IM is much slower and eats more bandwidth than actual IM Software.

Possible E-Mail:
All internet users should have e-mail already. They should have at least one,
since many boards require user to validate via e-mail.

File Transfer System:
It eats bandwidth and even for free webs and takes space.
Why not YouSendIt, MegaUpload, RapidShare or via IM?
