Does anyone know of any programs that can add files to pre-existing ISOs? I know I could just simply mount the ISO using daemon tools and copy the files and then add the files I want. But this ISO I have has hidden information that will not be reflected by a file copy...

WinRAR opens ISO files just like a zip file.

You'll need to copy files and re-make the ISO9660 with something like mkisofs.

The filesystem was meant to be created once and never manipulated. For read-only media

ugh...if it was just an ISO file (not MDF/MDS), then copying works... oh well, i guess I'll just burn the MDF/MDS as a 4GiB file...

thanks to those who replied

So what is MDF/MDS? Is it just another twist on the TOC/BIN name? (I thought the mis-name of CUE/BIN was popular these days )

MDF/MDS seems to be a format generated by Alcohol 120% -- a burning program capable of simulating the various copy protection schemes out there.
