| I think Solid Snake is a good addition it will make for Smash Bros to be an even better game. And knowing Nintendo there will be a good chunk of third party characters and possibly even more first party.

| Diddy Kong Racing *IS* being developed by Rare, by the way. They're exclusive to Microsoft as far as console work goes but have nothing against GBA/DS development. So odds are the usual characters will be in there.

| So, anyone hear of any really good games at E3 that you might not have thought of earlier in? I'm hearing some opinions about Starfox DS possibly being the DS GOTY (which I find a little hard to believe, but whatever...) and a lot of people apparently LOVE how Sonic Wildfire's shaking up for the Wii. (Basically it's fast, doesn't have camera problems and has simple-to-use controls.) | |||

That's the first I've ever heard of a $150 rumor. 
The odds are that the final specs/price/info will be released sometime between now and the Tokyo Game Show - September 22nd to 24th. I can't see them waiting that long, so I'd figure... late June/early July? |

| 150-199 region definitely seems pretty low. I'd assume the 249-299 range for the console. Mind you, I think that Nintendo should use a combination of viral advertising and well placed hints at press conferances in order to let the price leak out and gradually get hyped. Hoping to appeal to a new demographic with the Wii is good and all...but Nintendo needs a battle strategy for the next bout. | |||

| Well, the way Reggie said it in the interview, it will be around 200. He said that for the price of the 360, you can get a Wii and some games and still have cash left over. |
