I just had the best sleep I've had in months and months.

I bought a new bed, and it's awesome. No springs digging into me, no weird hard lumpy bits or funny soft bits (I'm guessing the absence of pokey springs), etc, etc. So wonderfully comfortable, I slept so well.

I actually feel awake today

What have you had recently that's been awesome?

Although I haven't had it, I'm just going to get it out of the way so no one else has to say it: Sex.

That being said, I have recently had my PSP finally begin emulating SNES. That happened today due to effort on my behalf. Only problem is that it runs painfully slow, usually at around 30 FPS (although menus and the like can run at full speed).

Last night I had the best car ride ever. Group of friends went to pick someone up at the airport and it was just fun times with the joking, singing and getting lost.

Sleep might do that to a person when they haven't had any. Wheee... I didn't even need a coffee to stop the heavy headachey feeling gathering behind my right eye this morning

YAY SLEEP!

I dunno, perhaps I'm just depressed 'cause of everything that's been going on... I suppose it's natural, considering I'm moving out soon

But still...

Eh. Not a lot good has been happening.

asdf: If you're using uo_snes9x, set the clock speed to 333mHz, and the frameskip to 4 (you can access the menu by slidingd the analog stick to the left). That works like a charm for me, but it drains your battery a lot faster, and it can be a bit choppy, seeing as the frameskip is as high as it is. If you're using a different emulator, just look through the menus for options to change the clock speed and frameskip

As for the topic at hand, let's see. Getting last Thursday off work is one that comes to mind As well, finding out that I'm getting two days in a row off in the coming week.

Other than work though, buying a GBA Micro so I no longer have to put up with my SP's horrible screen (there's dead pixels all about it, as well as plenty of other small foreign objects that somehow managed to get in there), having company over just earlier today for supper

Unfortunately though, I have to leave for work right now (yes, midnight), but that's another thing that's pretty good. I'm only scheduled for a 4 hour shift tonight, which is half what I normally work. Yay

Ah... yeah, moving is a depressing experience.... I moved earlier this year. Just make sure you plan everything out really well so it's not too stressful and you should be fine And label all your boxes with a COMPLETE inventory of what's in them (or as close to complete as possible) so you can find all your shit again. Good luck with it all.

My 'Yepp Sports mp3 player!
Sure, it's not an I-pod... but it's just as good. I have hundreds of songs to play and it checks my heartrate, times my walk and counts my steps.

I did that. It still runs SMW2 quite slowly. It might just be my choice of games, however. Perhaps if I try a less sophisticated game...

Awesome things hmmm? Well, I also got a new bed, but I'd rather sleep on a pile of rocks than it, because its rock hard So that's not awesome

I did find an unused scratch card on the ground, and won $20 off of it. Of course, I had to get my parents to turn it in, because you have to be 18+ ....*sigh* if only it were 2 months later...

BTW, I bought KFC with that $20

Conversation with my mom.

My mom and I have a good relationship, considering most kiddies nowadays... this was just a great chat.

Well, today I got some sleep that I needed. I think I took a nap for over 3 hours. I don't get too much during the week and haven't had a good nap for awhile.

Once summer comes in three weeks, I should be able to take a nap whenever I want

When my net was down, I put in a GOOD 15+ hours on Dragon Warrior VII, enough so that I'm almost at the point where I can change classes.

And trust me... the game is SLOW up to that point, so to be able to speed things up is just swell.

Know what the best kind of shower is? The kind you take at 2:30 in the morning. Of course, it stops you from falling asleep until like... 4, but... that's a small price to pay.

I just had the best coffee.

All the coffee I get from Bean Bar (local Adelaide small business) is "the best coffee" though. Those guys know how to make a REALLY FUCKING AWESOME ESPRESSO.

Mmm... mocha latte with three shots of espresso. Oh yeah.....

I just had the best prom that I ever had.

Considering that it only had 10 songs that weren't rap, it was better than my 8th grade prom where I just sat there the entire time.

I got dragged out to dance... and my friends used their hands to try and do DDR arrows for me to dance to.
...they have issues...
