Drew... you have just flipped my world... Honestly.

My jaw was dropped down to my neck. I mean, I was like ... No... No... It can't be... No... Oh...No... ...

This whole thing has taken over my LIFE! When my friend sent it to me about a week ago, I thought it would be a 3 day project, or less! My how wrong I was. Still have 4 more energy tanks I need to find, too. And a reserve tank. On the good news, I am getting great at shinesparking On the bad news, I have no idea how to do mockball.

Anyhow... I was wondering, are you going to be working on any other hacks? I wanna keep a close eye on any new projects

I think i speak for all super metroid fans, I'm OFFENDED that you call that MAGMOOR MUSIC!!!
its LOWER NORFAIR or RIDLEY music!!! Prime came 8 years AFTER Super Metroid!!!
MAGMOOR's MUSIC is really LOWER NORFAIR MUSIC!!!!

that said I'm glad you like the hack =) also I don't plan on anymore hacks, however i think you should complete this one before wanting another, you are pretty close. what items do you have?
lower norfair isn't that hard to find, its enterence is in east norfair.

Sorry, had played this one first, wasnt sure if it was LN music in Super Metroid too, or if you just made it such. I remember it being part of Norfair, but "deeper" norfair. Yeah.

It's been 4 years since I played original Super Metroid. Only 2 since Prime. I couldn't be happier to get back into the Metroid World.

I have everything but plasma beam, which is what I was asking for. Guess that comes after Ridley.

Man, I thought Maridia was huge. It's nothing compared to Norfair.

Yeah, it threw me off. I was looking for an entrance by crocomire, because I thought it to be so close, it's just uncanny. It really throws the player off. Good job.

Found the speed booster. Now to make it out without being melted alive.

-edit changed-

Small glitch, though I find it humorous. During the Escape sequence, if you die due to lava in some spots, Samus explodes all the same, but does not fade to white, where you can see he semi-nudity, in detail. Did you change the death sprites?

-edit more-

WHA?! No ice and wave?

Yeah, you can use the Ice and Wave together, after you find the Beam Combo. You have a while before you even get to that, so relax.

Ridley was kick-ass. Honestly, I think you found a perfect balance for him. Thought my friends thought the look on my face was priceless, when I pounded him with 170 missiles, 20 super missipes, and still had to charge beam XD.

Edit; Nevermind, Found it. Guess I just get ahead of myself in asking. I should've looked first, my bad.

Woot! I have all the items... Now to find them pesky guardians..

You know, that's usually the part of the game that makes me quit. It was the case with Wind Waker, for exmaple. I stayed up all night, playing through the Tower of the Gods, and going through the 2 temples... and doing all the work, and all the side quests. And then it was like, Find the triforce pieces... and I go ... and put the game down and stopped. Still haven't picked it up since.

Need #3 from Brinstar. Is that one hard? I can usually find them.

I came >----< close to not beating Metroid Prime because of the artifacts. However, 4 or so months after that job was given to me, I picked it up while on a long car ride to NYC. Yeah. Thats my life.

As for that energy tank, its the one in the far left of Maridia, at the top of a short shaft you need to shinespark up through the blocks and then some space jumping to arrive at an Energy Tank in the hands of what you pray is a Guardian, and it isnt. Drew, are you telling me you dont need to go to the top of the big sandy room just to the east and keep the spark from there?

YES!

I am at 699/99/7/10 with Charge, Ice, Wave, WJ&HJ boots, Speed booster, Morphball and bombs with the Varia suit. I've gotten two of the Carti...that place... guardians (the obvious one and the one in the sky) as well as 1 in Brinstar (one past the manflower shaft)

Stick it to'em, Drew.

I'm still confused though. At this point, I'm trying to find out where next to be and the only place I can figure is that little nook near the ship.

Actually. Make that 699/103/9/11. That whole blue/purple area in Cart is fun.

Drew, you're cruel. Roll puzzles and multiple bomb jumps. Cruelty.

After getting the grappling beam, speed booster, high jump boots and x-ray scope I was playing around in Norfair and ended up with the screw attack, although I dont have the gravity suit or spacejump. Is this a known shortcut??
